Not perfect, but very good for the price
Got the large size, for a new African Grey. So she'll have plenty of room. Old cage I had for 20+ years was a better design, but I wanted to go larger and stainless, which would have been around $3K going with the old brand I used. Can't swing that amount easily, so I settled on the Prevue. Really wish the feeding dish doors were higher up, and on the side instead of the front. Doing so would have allowed the front door to be much larger, for easier cleaning. And would be easier to get at the food dishes. Captured nuts attaching the upper and lower panels are backwards in my opinion. Will collect dust/dirt/food as they were implemented in the design. No easy way to reverse them. Would have been better for the screw head to be on the top. Since the captured nut is on the top instead, it will collect debris in the cavity. Best design would just have single panels, so you would not need to screw 2 together to make one side. Stainless frames are a bit thin. Do not torque the screws down very tight or you can end up bending the frames. If I see them loosening over time, I will just blue loktite them as needed. Cage came with 2" wheels. They didn't roll as easily as I could wish for, and the lever lock mechanism on them sticks out enough that I'm pretty sure I would be cursing them after stubbing toes on them. So I replaced them with 3" casters with the typical side locks. Cage rolls much better now and with less toe catching potential. The larger casters raised the cage up about an inch (which is good in my opinion). And frankly, they look better and more appropriate in size relative to the overall cage size. If contemplating doing the same, note that the cage comes setup to use M8 metric threaded casters. Finally, is not a very good way to attach hanging toys to the top. Using typical threaded links to attach, you will find the links rub against the bottom of the upper cleanout tray. I will probably add a spacer to the side rails the tray rest on, to raise the tray a bit. Might be a good idea to raise it anyway for the bird, as it is a tight enough distance as designed that a bird could easily get their toes wedged in there between the tray and bars. All in all, it's a decent cage for the price point in stainless. Could be better.

Love the cage, but food/water dishes not secure
My Congo grey has been living in his new digs for one week. Today (I knew it was just a matter of time) he discovered how to push his food dishes up from underneath and throw them around the cage. I could live with this, except that now I am concerned about the possible danger of having the dish mounting loop exposed/empty, which he has tried to crawl through. There is also a narrow spot (where the loop meets the cage mount) that his foot could get caught in. If this happens at night or when I'm away, it could be a real problem. I need to find another solution to affix his dishes to the cage. Otherwise, it is really nice. So easy to clean and so very easy to move around.

First two stainless steel cages
I ordered two of the medium cage for my brown throat conure and Indian ringneck. Both love these cages and my spazzy ringneck lets me get closer to the cage now (she was in a huge cage that she never used much of the room before). These cages are easy to assemble, I put both together by myself so as long as you stuff tools in your pocket and can hold a couple dozen pounds in the air while assembling the first couple steps you'll be find on your own (help ... will help though). One cage arrived in perfect shape, another had a dent or two and the box split open loosing a bunch of parts. The one that didn't arrive in great shape had parts that were probably for the small/large version of the cage but luckily those parts were mostly on the top part which my ringneck won't go to anyway. One service ticket to the vendor fixed all that so if your cage doesn't go together properly, don't worry, they have support state side and they'll fix in in a week. One thing I really like about this cage is that the dishes are not really in fixed position. They give you dishes but because they just bolt up to the side you don't have an inconvenient propitiatory mounting system that you have to tear apart if you have a bird that is messy/poops out the side near the dish. Because the cage is stainless steel it's very light (compared to other cages) to roll outside to clean. This is the main reason why I went with these cages over my oversized iron powdered cages. I recently lost my sun conure that had metal in her stomach and it might have been my old iron powdered cage so I was not taking any chances with my other birds and ordered these cages immediately.

Beautiful, and have found solution for spillable cups, I think
Have had this cage for several months, and I really like it. Like other reviewers, it didn't take long for my Amazon to find he could pluck the cups out of their holders and spill them. I have purchased heavy-duty ceramic 4-inch diameter pet food bowls. I put them in the stainless steel cups, and so far so good. He can't get a hold on them, and they are too heavy to lift out.

OUTSTANDING BIRD CAGE
WE HAVE PURCHASED 3 OF THEAS CAGE'S. WE HAD A VEARY NICE CAGE FOR OUR BLUE CROUND CONURE BUT HE CHEWED THE PAINT (ELECTRO COATED) SO WE PURCHASED A LARGE. THEN AFTER ASSEMBLY WE PURCHASED 2 MORE, 1 FOR THE GREEN CHEEK AND 1 FOR THE SUN CONURE. I AM A RETIRED MECHANIC (AIRCRAFT AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT). IN MY OPINION THEASE CAGES ARE VEARY WELL MADE, AND DESINED. ALL THE PARTS WERE THERE FOR ALL 3 CAGES, ALL THE PARTS FIT,AND EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THE SCREWS FELL OUT DURING TRANSIT THEY WERE STILL IN THE BOX+A FEW SPARES IN A ZIPLOCK BAGGIE. I ONLY GAVE 4 STARS ON EASY TO ASSEMBLE DUE TO THE FACT THE ALLEN KEY THEY SENT WAS THE WRONG SIZE. WAS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME AS I HAVE TOOLS UP THE WASZOO. METRIC ALLEN KEYS CAN BE PURSHED AT HF LOWES OR HD FOR A LOW PRICE. THE ACTUAL ASSEMBLY WAS EASY 20-30 MIN BYONE PERSON. CLOSING THOUGHTS. WOULD I BUY AGAIN-YES SS CAGES ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THEAS ARE THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK THAT I COULD FIND
