Looked cheap but it fits and my windows lock. I'll need to wait a few years to tell you if they will last 30 years like my old window locks. I used the old screws to ensure a good fit. It worked. My windows lock. Worth it for now. I used only the slider pieces, The stable brackets were not broken on my window. I let those two alone, "If it ain't broke.... " Thanks

These locks worked perfectly for our Peachtree windows!

Peachtree windows is no longer in business but these locks came up as replacements. Thy worked perfectly four our windows. Very easy to install!

Je pensais acheter une barrure solide, il n'en est rien. Faite de plastique, elle semble très fragile et je ne pense pas qu'elle résistera à un usage fréquent. Par chance, je l'ai installé sur une fenêtre du 2e étage donc je n'ai pas de crainte qu'un voleur passera par là. Si vous comptez protéger vos fenêtre d'une entrée par effraction avec ce modèle: passez votre chemin! Très cher pour ce que c'est...

Universal fit

Broke the latch on a basement window, not knowing the brand of window. Tried to order this product and it fit perfect, maybe better than original. Would recommend this latch.

Look carefully, plastic not metal

Don't make the same mistake I did. This thing is cheap plastic. A stiff breeze would break it, you shouldn't trust your window security to it. Look for the die-cast metal ones instead.
