Work like a charm
Worked great to fix broken canopy windows that have been broken for years. Repair man wanted $250 per window. I did 5 myself for about $300 total.

Fantastic
Fantasic. Exact match on a truth window awning window operator (dual arm) replacement from 1986. I just received the parts an hour ago, and install took 15 minutes. Forget the numbers on the arms. Use the measurements to make sure you get an exact fit. This was a troublesome repair for me until I decided not to try to diy the old crank (an idea I got from You Tube). which had a "National Windows" handle, and Truth operatorwith arms. If i had to nitpick anything I would find only two tiny things, i was short two screws but i used my old ones anyway. Second, the aluminum pieces where the arms attach to the widow are subject to break if you had to attach and detach this unit multiple times, but you don't! Came with everything! Resolved an item that has been on my list for several months. Don't hesitate and be cheap and waste your time. Update: the body that holds the operator is about 1/8" wider than the old one, this may come into play if you have to replace trim around it; if so, simply sand or router the trim. The picture is my old assembly.

Modified (by choice).
I had a client purchase this item (via my recommendation). I drilled out the two “elbow”rivets and flattened the ends, so it would fit the existing window slides. Yes, I could have used it “as is,” but I didn’t want to remove the window mounting track.
