Seems to be good quality. I won't know for sure for many years.

It's described as a "Truth" product and maybe it is. My old, existing operators are stamped with the name and logo. This one isn't but maybe they don't do that anymore. It seems to be as well made as my 40 year old worn out Truth operator (crank mechanism). It was labeled correctly as left hand but not all sellers label correctly so maybe go by a picture.

Proper after market replacement

This was the exact replacement as advertised, easy install and functions well. Obviously time will tell but I’m confident and recommend to others.

Le problème est la couleur??? J’en ai acheter 2 fois, la couleur bronze était en réalité brun, je l’ai ai retourné et le deuxième doré (gold) était en réalité doré tirant sur le beige???

Drop in fit

This crank arm replacement fit perfectly. Make sure you order the correct hand and length. Took more time getting the tools out and put away than it did to install. Be safe, don't hang all the way out of the window opening to clip it on. 4 stars for value - it just seemed expensive for what it is.

Very easy install, works perfectly

My window was no longer closing fully so after some research, it seemed I needed a new opening arm/operator. My original arm was the "Truth" brand and the product # was labelled 45251. From my research it appeared that this 24198 part was a suitable replacement, and that proved to be accurate (but white instead of the original beige which is better anyways). It installed in minutes easily (4 screws and lining the arm up with the window track) and works perfectly. The window closes fully again now! The local big box stores near me didn't carry this longer 13.5" length (only the 9.5" length) and they were charging more money for the part, without the crank included that comes with this Amazon version. Great buy!
