Rock hard souls

Very disappointed. I ordered a size 12 these feel like with no doubt a size 13. There is absolutely no cushion in the soul. It's rock hard! Kudos for offering narrow sizes though. The laces through me. From the picture, It looked as if the laces were elastic and closed. The pictures hide the ends of the laces. WHY? This was a hell of a lot of money for shoes I won't wear. Will be returning.
