I purchased two of these Propper Women's I.c.e. Performance Polo, long sleeves for work. I love that it's easy to move and stretch, good torso length, nothing pops out. Washes clean, but I like to air dry, my preference. Nice if it were available in ice pink.

I work in a warehouse and needed long sleeve polo shirts per employer dress code. I am between sizes, large/extra-large. I order large and extra-large of this brand and the collar and shoulder were too big. Is this cut for women? I returned them and order a medium. That size fits well, collar and shoulders, and form-fitting in the body.
