The shirt is very good. It has some good features and it seems well stitched. I will be using it in my Fall hunting . The only reason I give four stars is that it was made in China and the shipping time is long.

Overall shirt was good, but definitely not a tall.
I ordered expecting a tall,/long shirt, and the shirt that arrived was nice quality, but it was definitely not a tall shirt. For quality-wise, I would give these five out of five, but I definitely would recommend avoiding these if you have long torsos or are tall.

Another weird product from Propper
I've ordered Propper gear before. It looks like it should be so right. Usually it's the size that's wrong - either way too short, or way too big. This shirt was actually excellent in that regard. XL tall, and it was exactly that. But... it has fake buttons concealing a flimsy zipper. So it's a zipper shirt. With a placket with buttons that do nothing except look like buttons. The zipper only goes about 2/3 of the way down the shirt, so it doesn't even tuck in properly. Finally, when I went to look this up after I got it, I did find way down away from the actual product description something about a concealed zipper. But further down I also found this "Product Description": 'Discretion is key to concealed carry. Which is why the Propper Everyday Carry belt looks like a casual mesh belt but works like a gun belt. Made from high grade, durable full-grain leather coupled with rugged double-layered military grade 1680D nylon, the EDC belt provides comfortable and secure all-day support for IWB and OWB holsters.' WTF and all that. Third try with Propper, and I'm afraid that's enough. I hate to spend the money on 5.11, but at least I know I'm not getting zippers and fake buttons...

The pockets are fantastic, and the style is great, but some of the hemming gets loose quickly. It's still better than most options on the market, so I can say I'm completely happy with my purchase so far.

A bit on the awkward side
I like wearing by shirt untucked, and am in the habit of unbuttoning a part of it when I ride the train so it doesn't bunch up and look like I slept in it. The zipper makes opening from the bottom impossible. Just a small detail, but it irritates me. Also don't care for the velco for the pockets, sounds like I'm opening my wallet in 1982.

Lightweight feel, probably designed for summer
EDIT I must say at the end of it all, I find this shirt falling far short of expectations. 1. The sizing is a tad too tight at the armpits, so it constantly feels strange to walk around. "Tough and durable" I might be marketing line, but the same functions can be found in a straitjacket. 2. As others noted, the zipper closure doesn't even extend very far, so there will always be a significant bulge when tucked in, despite what the photos show. This probably won't be a big deal if the shirt tail was a bit longer for a more secure stay. 3. There is VERY POOR breathability with this shirt. In fact, wearing just this shirt on colder days, work can leave you sweaty, which just leads to feeling chilled from frozen sweat. If you wear anything else, then you're just baking and slick. Technically they didn't mislead since they never said this was breathable, but what's the point of a duty shirt if it breaths as good as a space suit? 4. I found the elbow loops that holds your sleeves when rolled up to be too long; you'd have to like roll them only halfway up your forearms, whereas most shirts typically has them suitable when just above the elbow. Overall, not very happy with this shirt. It's designed to LOOK MODERN and it does the job...but I doubt most people buy Propper tactical shirts just for looks, even for the tacticool snobs.
