Much better than elastic bands...

These are very well made bands. They work perfectly without that trouble with the elastic bands rolling. I definitely recommend these bands. Makes your workouts even better..

Love these!

These are great for my workouts. Since they're thick and a combination of 45% cotton and 55% latex, they don't roll or slip like the pure rubber workout bands do. They also have some latex grip on the inside as well. They're really sturdy and I don't see how they could ever break, which is a relief after the number of rubber ones I've had snap on me. They come with a carrying bag and a helpful booklet with information and exercise examples. However, the resistance is pretty strong, so I wouldn't recommend them for newbies that haven't built up much strength yet.

These are GREAT

These are soooo much better than rubbery resistance bands, there truly is NO comparison. These are thick, and ‘stick’ well. Very inexpensive for the quality. I love them. Truly. Worth every penny, cannot image you would be sorry with the purchase. Have helped me greatly in increasing strength in hip flexors; easy to use.

Reasonable price for a good set of resistance bands.

The product was very nicely packaged in a separate carrying bag. The resistance bands are very well made, heavy, composed of 45% cotton and 55% latex, made in China. The differences in resistance among the 3 bands is noticeable. The resistance level on the band is not easy to read; it’s located on the inner tag on each band. Price $17.99

These are for tough workouts

The bands are all they are advertised to be. I simply wanted a band to give me an awareness of light restriction, but these bands are for much tougher workouts. They do not roll like therabands do, which was very important to me. I use the lightest one and have given the others to folks with far more strength, who think they are great.

These are REALLY strong, even the 'light' one - I can barely move it. I'm sure they're great for fit people, but I can't really use them.

Love them!

These resistance bands are excellent! They offer a good range of resistance and they are so comfortable. I also have a set of latex bands and they don’t offer as much resistance as this set and often roll up in awkward ways during workouts.

Great bands

I wish these bands were a bit longer, but really they are the best bands I have ever used, even those from the gym are in no comparison, and the price can't be beat for the value you are getting.
