Not good for the lower waterline. Not quite waterproof.
Would I get it again or recommend it and why: For myself, probably not. For others, maybe. -It's pretty good and applies well and is creamy and not too dry. But it is not outstanding or my favorite. For the higher cost vs those that perform better at a lower cost, it’s hard to recommend. -It does not work well on the waterline (disappears) and is not quite waterproof. Color: Rockstar Gray – a deep, dark gray that's almost ebony. Formulation: The size, shape and creaminess remind me a bit (especially size and shape of the tip) of Laura Geller Inkcredible liners. I do think these don't perform nearly as well as the Laura Geller ones though and that the Laura Geller ones are far superior to these in how they wear. -This is not a pencil or kohl style, it's a creamy pencil style that you don’t sharpen but twist up from the base. Application: It wasn't too dry or too creamy. It was just right and easy to apply with no dragging, skipping or pulling. It applied very well, quite similar to the Laura Geller ones application wise. Blending: I blended it a bit on my lower lash line and it blended well and was easy to blend and smudge. Waterline and waterproof: I don't quite think this is waterproof. I tried it on my lower inner waterline above the lashes and checking it thirty minutes later-it was gone, just not there at all like I had not applied it. Removal: It removed very well and easily. I did not need to use eye-makeup remover or cleansing balm, just regular face wash removed it easily. Scent: There was no detectable scent to it. Irritation: I have very sensitive eyes and some liners cause stinging, burning or irritation-this one did not. Pros: -It isn't too dry or too creamy, it applies very well and blends nicely. -Small, fine (not the tiny ones, just quite small comparable to Laura Geller Inkcredible size tips) tip for more detailed fine application. -Nice color selection. -Removes easily with face wash, no eye makeup remover needed. -No scent. -Non-irritating and gentle. Cons: -Not quite waterproof. -Did not work well (for me at least) on the lower lash inner waterline. By 30 minutes later when checking, it was gone like I didn't apply it at all. -For the cost, there are other options that are less expensive and perform just as well if not better. It's not an outstanding formula or one of my favorites. Final Thoughts: It's not a bad eyeliner at all. It's just not outstanding or my favorite. -For the cost that's higher than many others that perform better at a lower price, I'm not sure I'd get it again or recommend it. It is average vs outstanding in performance and wear on the eye. -It's not quite waterproof and did not work well at all on the lower lash waterline. However it is a nice creamy formula that applies well to the eyelid and lower lash line (outside the waterline).

Went on smooth. Beautiful color for my brown eyes. Did not stay on very long.
The product went on my eyes pretty smooth. I wasn't able to get a nice thing precise line with the applicator so I had to use my eyeliner brush instead. It did take a minute to dry/set (great if you want to "work the liner a bit" but not if you are "on the go"). The eye lines stayed on my eyes for about 4 hours, which is about the average time that my liners tend to stay on. I thought the product worked fine but found the pricepoint a bit high for what you get. At the time of this review, the retail price is $18.63.

Creamy eyeliner
I have gray eyes but have never tried using gray eyeliner before. This is a lovely deep gray that has a bit of shimmer to it. It glides on easily, but is a bit thick/wide for my liking (I prefer subtle eyeliner). It stays on for most of the day if applied under the lash line (especially on the bottom lid). I haven’t had any problems of this rubbing off on my upper lid above the crease line but is easy to remove with my regular face wash. I really like that I don’t have to use a pencil sharpener! Overall I like this liner but wouldn’t pay more than $10 for it as there are similar eyeliners that work just as well at this price point.

Goes on smoothly, smudge proof & lasts all day
Eyeliner is smudge proof throughout the day, stayed on nicely (even on my oiler skin, which tends to make make up run more than for other people). The color is gray and a bit shimmery. The gray is not my favorite, but that was my mistake when ordering. I don't dislike the color, I just usually wear black or brown, so something to adjust too. It goes on easily since it's softer, which I like. I also like that I do not have to sharpen it, just twist it up. I wouldn't call this waterproof, but it's smudge proof and stayed in place all day - which is great! I remove my eye makeup with coconut oil, and this came off nicely. Review for PUPA Milano Vamp! A new brand to try out
I haven’t tried PUPA Milano before, but they seemed to be well rated in the other products. I am not sure what makes this a two in one eye waterproof eye pencil. Most makeup is generally a one process application when it comes to being waterproof, and it is either a liquid or a cream one like this when it comes to eyeliners. This is a bit thick for the bottom eyeliner. However, that is a side effect of all liners of this format that I have found. This does go on fairly smoothly, the cap goes on fairly tightly so I don’t anticipate this drying out as long as you put the cap on. It is what I call a cream pencil. I mean that it isn’t one of the hard pencils that drags hard on your skin, but rather it is a softer pencil that glides easier. This is something that is able to closely apply to the lash line, it is easy to control. The color is fantastic, it is a nice grey color without being too dark or too light, at least for my skin tone which is fairly pale most of the year.

Looks pretty on
I will start by saying I do like this eyeliner. The blue is really pretty and looks nice against my grey blue eyes. It doesn’t glide on as nicely as I hoped, but is still easy to apply. It lasts all day and I haven’t had any issues with it smudging. Overall, it is a nice choice for eyeliners.

Smooth and soft
I usually use the cheap pens when I wear makeup so getting one that was waterproof was a nice thing to have. Although I didn't get to wear it for as long as I wanted, I felt it lasted longer without blurring like my usual eyeliners do.

Purtroppo la matita mi è arrivata rotta nel senso che la punta appena ho aperto il tappo è caduta e il resto rimane bloccato dentro al corpo della matita quindi inutilizzabile
