The LED's pivot and the batteries are light weight
These are almost exactly what I needed. I was hesitant about buying bifocals because I’ve never worn them. I thought bifocals would be distracting. However, I was wrong. I have a pair of non-bifocal magnified glasses that I keep in my workshop for detailed work. I have to take the glasses off every time I get up or look around or else everything is blurry. On the other hand, the bifocals allow you to keep the glasses on at all times which is a time saver and keeps me from misplacing them on my crowded work table. I bought another brand of illuminated magnified glass and sent them back because they were very heavy and uncomfortable. The other glasses used AAA batteries which were just too heavy. The Pyramex glasses use button cells which are much lighter and make the glasses very comfortable to wear. Several reviews complained that these batteries are expensive and hard to find. That’s not true. You can buy a 50 pack on Amazon for around six dollars. Other reviews complained that the LED’s were not bright and/or did not illuminate where you’re looking. Again this is not true. The LED’s pivot independently like a joystick so you can adjust them at the proper point of focus. You could also point 1 down for magnification and 1 up for non-magnification. In terms of brightness, I wouldn’t use them for hiking at night, but they will light up a dark room enough to safely walk around and they are excellent for soldering and reading small print. The only negative is that they have typical Chinese low quality construction. The lens will probably scratch relatively easy and I’m skeptical about the longevity of the electronics. Nonetheless, if they last a year, I’ll be happy because of the relatively low price.

Nice small reader section
I like these because the reader doesn't interfere with my line of sight when looking straight ahead. Others have large reader sections and they interfere with my distance vision.

Great clarity and fit - Has Adjustable LED angle!
NICE CLEAR LENSES & LOWER SPOT MAGNIFICATION: These are very clear safety glasses (no blur or distortion) and with just the right size and amount of lower spot magnification area (I also own the full size magnification area glasses but you have to take them off all the time to see) - this is way better! LED LIGHTS: Yes, the LED light focus ARE adjustable! You have to really force the tip of the LED and it moves like an eyeball fitting. Sure, the actual Led light source (behind the acrylic lens) shines directly straight but by moving the acrylic end tip of the LED it can focus the light directly in front of the subject ! You can further push them downward to adjust the light focus directly in front of the lower magnification area! So finally, I have an all-in-one: 1. Safety glasses (very clear, same as normal eyesight w/no blur or distortion) 2. A lower-magnified 2.5x (for when you occasionally need to zoom something) 3. Lighted when needed in dim lit areas (w/ adjustable light focus LED lights) This will replace all my other individual ones! Maybe they will offer a 'Usb rechargeable' model which would be great (hope that is coming next)

I ordered these glasses for my finance to use at work they came in and didn't come with lights like I ordered I got just got the glasses!!

Very good.
I have purchased several different brands of lighted safety glasses and so far these are the best and the diopter is a needed bonus. The "lights" are adjustable and the glasses fit well and are comfortable to use for hours. I don't notice any glare in my peripheral from the lights. I forget to turn them off sometimes. There is some limitation when trying to illuminate a dark spot in a crevice when looking directly at it, almost need a center light in those cases and that's why I have a headlamp as well.

Field of magnified vision is to small.
The field of vision for magnification is so small that you have to raise your head and look down to have whatever you're working on in your field of view. In doing so you've eliminated any safety protection you would ordinarily get. The fit is okay but the lights are difficult to turn on since the switches are set so far back near the ear although they seem to always turn on whenever I set them down or put them in my backpack, which drains the batteries. I'm still trying to find a pair of safety glasses with a larger field of magnification ratio, at least 30% of the lens. 50/50 would be perfect. These just won't work for me.

Great product, BUT the on/off buttons are a bit touchy
Very comfortable and just what I needed to protect and light where I am working. The on/off switch is on the top of the glasses and is convenient to hit when in use is also very easy to hit when they are put away. The slightest touch can turn the light on and drain the battery while sitting in your tool bag. They are at a great price so... what are you gonna do other than check to see if they are on.
