Excellent product!
This is the best non-stick pan I have ever used. The food does not stick, the food browns (very important to me) and cleaning the pan is a breeze. It is worth the purchase price and then some.

Love this pan.
Love the nonstick feature. It is a deep pan so many different dishes can be cooked. It is easy to clean even is you burn something. Did not require seasoning as many others pans. Drawback, you cannot go from stove top to oven.

Great Pan
Despite what some of the bad reviews say, this is a fantastic pan. I've had mine for two years and it barely has a few scratches. From looking at the pictures from some of the bad reviews, I'm convinced the reviewer was not properly using the pan. You can clearly see long thin scratches in the pictures that can only be from hard cooking utensils like metal or maybe a hard wooden spatula. If you know better, you would know to use silicone on your nonstick cookware. If you don't know better, you end up with scratches. That is not the fault of the pan. Buy this pan. Use silicone cooking utensils. (If you don't want to use silicone, don't buy a non-stick pan.) Don't wash with the abrasive side of the sponge. You don't need it since the pan is non-stick so the food comes right off. If you can't get your food off with the soft side of the sponge, you probably REALLY burnt your food, which is also not the fault of the pan. Soak the pan in warm soapy water for a while and it should come off. These are not novel concepts. If you treat all of your cookware this way, it'll last you a very long time, no matter what you buy. But if you're careless with it and then play the victim, well, that's on you.

NOT REALLY NONSTICK
The first time I tried this frying pan, I cooked scrambled eggs. I added no oil, butter or did I spray with Pam. The eggs stuck to the pan and were hard to remove. The next time I used the pan, I dapped a little olive oil with a paper towel and applied it to the pan and that helped. I can use it now but I'm afraid if I don't use the olive oil, it will stick again. But other than that I'm keeping it and I'm sure it will get better in time.

I highly recommend this pan!
I purchased this pan exactly one year ago and have gotten great use out of it. I'ts never scratched but I have always been very careful with my metal cooking fork (I cook a lot of chicken breasts). However, I recommend using a plastic spatula for cooking eggs or pancakes, ect. I've hand washed it with a sponge, and everything slides right off. I use medium high heat most of the time and it doesn't burn. It's lightweight and has good handles that stay cool and comes with a nice glass lid, which has no ventilation hole but I prefer it that way. Nothing sticks and it cooks evenly. It can also be washed in the dishwasher and comes out sparkling clean. I've never had a problem with the teflon coating peeling off and don't understand the negative reviews. Today I'm purchasing my second pan as a backup. The only negative thing I can say is that last year when I purchased it it was only $17.xx, and this year when I purchased it wa $29.00 Seems like quite a jump in price, otherwise I love this pan and highly recommend!

Rachel Ray skillet
The instructions before using the skillet were very confusing. It called for the removal of a plastic film by dipping the skillet into hot water and baking soda; afterwards polishing it with a copper cleaner. I did not want to do that and sent back the item. I wrote to the manufacturer and complained about it. The reply was that these were instructions for their copper pans. But I had already returned it. They said just use this pan as you would any other pan, but make sure you cook with a medium heat temperature. Since I did not use this skillet, I am unable to give it any rating, except that I was happy with their reply.
