Very cute! Looks like it's textured!
I get a LOT of comments on how cute this is in my nursery. It took some trial and error to install and the lines don't always match throughout the design, even when aligning it in one section. Overall, I'm really happy with how it turned out. I also purchased the tools recommended for install by the company and it helped a lot.

Beware of dye lot differences
1st - Loved the quality of the paper! However, I ordered 3 rolls at the same time to complete all of my cabinets. The first roll I opened was the darker, matte colored strip in the photo above - which I loved. The other 2 rolls were significantly lighten and had an unnatural shine - almost pearlescent. I’ve never seen shiny grass cloth. I was able to complete 1 section with the roll I liked before opening 2 & 3. Given times constraints & not knowing which way a new order would be, I’m going to use the lighter & hope to return the 3rd roll. BUT NOTE OF CAUTION TO OPEN ALL ROLLS before you start.

Easy apply stress free removal
I love this wall paper. I’m never painting a wall again. Was able to do an accent wall in my kitchen and when it came time to remove it it came off with no problem and one small damage but that was on me for yanking it. Other than that I rolled it up to use again. I even used some left over to cover a cabinet to match. If no one else buys this I know I will.

How does it compare to real grasscloth?
FAST FACTS The roll size is stated in the specs above. Assuming your ceiling height is 8' one roll will cover a width of just under 3-1/2' allowing for pattern match. Hence for an accent wall in a small bedroom or dorm room you might be able to get away with as few as two rolls ... pretty cheap for a new look. (By comparison if you're interested, regular wallpaper is printed in two standard widths, 21 inches and 27 inches, with 21-inch wallpaper being 16.5 feet long and 27-inch wallpaper being 13.5 feet long. It is an industry standard that wallpaper is always sold two rolls per package). BACKGROUND INFO I bought my mom a winter cottage once. The place had potential but was decidedly masculine. My mom, on the other hand, preferred light and serene Asian decor. While she was away one summer I decided to gut the interior and reimagine it from top to bottom. By myself. I worked all summer almost every night into the wee hours tearing up carpeting, painting and adding custom touches. One of them was the focal point wall in her living room. I decided on grasscloth and ended up buying rolls of handmade wallpaper made in Indonesia of real grass hand applied to canvas. It cost over $150 a roll and had no adhesives; it had to be pasted and applied the old fashioned way. But oh did it look beautiful. I say all that because this product isn't even on the same planet in terms of quality to what I installed in my mom's home and I would not expect it at what this sells for a roll but guess what? Once applied to the wall it looks convincingly expensive and it is infinitely easier to apply. Especially when you step back and if it doesn't look quite right you can simply peel it off and re-stick it until you're satisfied. . These is a grain-matched wallpaper so with only a moderate amount of effort and care the seams disappear and the result looks like you hired a professional decorator. IS IT PERFECT? On the downside, up close it reminds me of contact paper that has been texturizing. It lacks in the randomness and idiosyncrasies of real grass cloth but to its credit it doesn't look too shiny. Be aware that buying this is not a substitute for real high quality wallpaper. Also note that it will NOT stick to textured walls or surfaces, the surface MUST be smooth. The seller has their market niche pegged. This wall covering is perfect for a dorm room, rental apartment or just to try a new look for a while. It is also excellent for theatrical set design ... easy to apply, easy to remove and 100% convincing to an audience. The biggest draw to this product is that, unlike most wallpapers, it can be used for temporary applications, like in a rental apartment, without damaging the wall. It is reasonably priced and is fairly attractive. It also works well when cut down into smaller pieces for inserts into furniture or cabinet panels, book covers and other creative projects. See the photo I posted as an example.

Adding “wallpaperer” to my resume!
This was my first time installing any sort of wallpaper and I must say I hesitated for far too long! This wallpaper looks legit and was super easy to work with! It probably took me 20 mins to do these built ins and I’m super impressed. Mess free, easy to work with, gorgeous and excellent quality/thickness! 10/10 recommend!

Seams will show on grasscloth!
We used this to add visual interest to a small basement wet bar backsplash before hanging shelves. It has a convincing looking texture considering it’s a print. The finish was not too glossy under the light. That said, something I learned about grasscloth is that due to the pattern/color variations, the seams will show. I meticulously pattern matched and aligned the edges and still the seams are clearly visible. It doesn’t bother me with the shelves hung, but I could see it killing me slowly if hung on a big open living room or bedroom wall. The wallpaper is as advertised and sufficiently sticky. I had no issues with adherence but will update my review if that changes. Stylistically this gave me what I wanted, but I could see it not being for everyone.

Just a heads up
It has a semi shiny surface, so it is, in fact, more of a glorified contact paper. However!! It is almost twice as wide as most contact papers and much thicker and has good adhesion, but imo not for walls. I was planning to use it on kitchen cupboards but due to its shiny look, i will be using it to line drawers instead. Am still happy, just not as planned

Works quite well for the inexpensive price
I purchased this wallpaper to cover the back of an ikea bookcase. It looks much more expensive than what we paid, and overall is easy to use (I probably should have bought some tools to help flatten/smooth the paper, but with patience and repositioning I am able to get rid of any bubbles and make it perfectly smooth). If you need two sheets side by side, as I did, you can get them to match up but again it takes patience and trying several pieces in different orientations to get it to line up. Removing and repositioning was easy. It's been several days and no issues with peeling off - the adhesive seems to be holding up nicely. So overall, I am very happy with the product. Negatives: I bought the beige/tan color and it has this shimmery/sheen to it almost on the silver side. I was a bit disappointed with that as I was hoping to to look more like real grasscloth/fabric. Again since it's in the back of a bookcase - it's not that big a deal and from a distance it's not noticeable. But I imagine if you're putting this on a wall, that might not be a look you want. Overall: excellent product, for under $19/roll...It looks more expensive and works great!

Excellent backdrop to your Zoom calls
Excellent quality for a product Made in North America. Put your money where your mouth is: pay 20% more than the 3rd-World quality they sell elsewhere, and you'll be very satisfied with the appearance of your walls. Used on an accent wall - it looks perfect. It was easy to install (yes you DO need to dust and clean your walls - I used white vinegar and let it completely dry overnight). Perfect adhesion.

Good quality wallpaper.
Looks great goes well with my beige walls. With help from my husband it took 2 hours to install on a 49 sq foot wall. With the leftover from 2 rolls, I used it in my kitchen drawers. Love this new peel and stick wallpaper.

Colour Varies (a lot) From Roll to Roll!
Like the look, but colours vary from roll to roll. I got 3 rolls and 2 were a lighter shade than the third (not just a little). I wouldn't care which shade as long as they were all the same. Unusable. So now what am I supposed to do?...buy 2 more and hope the shade matches one of the others? What if there's a third shade of grey? Unacceptable! *Update* Called Amazon Customer Service and they were super about the whole thing, but looking at the reviews, this has happened before.

Colour does not match from roll to roll
I purchased 3rolls as we had a lot to cover. Put up one roll and was able to match it well which took some doing. Put up first sheet of second roll and even though dye lot number is the same colour was off so much. Had to take everything down and throw away. Waste of many hours time and money. Amazon was awesome and reimbursed but can't reimburse time and energy. Total waste
