Good Quality/Fast Shipping/ Poor CustomerService
The Item was shipped very quickly and was of good quality, however the sizing was wrong. I usually wear an XL, but this item was so large that the sleeves were 5 inches too long. MAKE SURE YOU WANT THIS ITEM BEFORE PURCHASE AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET A REFUND. The item was purchased through Amazon, but sold by 7th Avenue, and the account was serviced by One Net Enterprises. No where on the website does it say that they will not accept returns, but when I tried to contact 7th Avenue, I was told by One Net Enterprises that they would only accept exchanges and WOULD NOT accept returns. The bottom line, is I had to file a complaint with the A-Z Guarantee department of Amazon.com who assisted me in facilitating a return and obtaining a full refund.Imperial Santa Suit (Crimson) XL Costume

Not at all sized like the old suits were
I volunteer as a "Santa's Helper" for several thousand children every year, and just needed a new suit. I have worn this brand for years, but this one absolutely is nowhere near the right size. It ran super small, and was nowhere near the plushness of my previous suit, which was supposedly the exact same model and brand. I had to return this one, and hopefully will get a much better suit very soon. Just worried how this year's we'll go.

Good Suit for the Price
The suit material is a good quality, but the red nylon interior lining on the coat sticks out of the sleeves and waist beyond the exterior Red Plush and White simulated Fur. The company was quick to deliver, and when I returned the first suit because it was too large they were prompt at refunding me. The second suit fits much nicer. Consider: suspenders to hold up the pants; a fake santa belly to fit the coat; and something to hold your wallet and keys, as the only 2 pockets are in the pants and they're small.

Ho! Ho! Ho!
Have been playing Santa for many years now for my wife's childcare and preschool with approx. 100 children. The kids know me as I am there quite often fixing things or just visiting with the sweet children so when Christmas comes around it is pretty hard to fool the youngsters into believing I am not the "Mr. Gregg" they all know. Well, this year's Christmas (2012) I donned this suit and the teachers of all six classrooms came to me after the fact and stated this is the first year not one child thought I might be "Mr. Gregg" instead of the original jolly fella! The proof is in the pudding and believe me kids are sharp and to pull off a 100% no one figured it out makes for an impressive suit. The suit is quality material, well made and most impressive. I will say that the X-Large is somewhat larger than I expected as I am 6.1" and 220 lbs. and the suit is a bit large on my frame, even with the extra belly pad added. Glad I purchased it!

Great suit but......
This is a great looking suit and will serve my purposes exactly. That being said, the hat is a little too small. I cannot get it on over my wig. However, for the price, I will overlook that fact.

WOW !!!
This Santa Claus Suit has EXCEEDED my expectations! The sizing is very generous - probably should have ordered one size smaller, but no regrets! The suit is of excellent quality ~ deep, rich colour and very soft to the touch. The belt is not the greatest quality, but is still good. We are still trying to figure out how to make the boot toppers look more authentic, but the quality is good. I am very, very happy with this suit and feel that for what I paid, I got a GREAT deal. Do not look any further ~ this is definitely the suit you are looking for!

My husband does several santa appearences for the community. The quality is very good and prompt delivery. Much better quality than past suits. Not flimsy or felt like. If you want it to last years, then this is the suit for you.

Cheaper Suits give better Value
This Product is very good but when you compare it with Rubies Flannel or Rubies Regency costumes I'm not sure it worth the extra money. If you want value that makes you look like the man himself you could buy 2 or 3 of the other costumes also made by Rubies and still be quids in.
