My kid loved it but...
It has many cons. Like foot part was very uncomfortable. Hat part was keep sliding to front and covering the eyes. My kid really liked it but we end up made another costume. And unfortunately we returned this. I wish it was a little better tailored.

Perfect costume
SO CUTE. Size small fit my 45 pound 3 year old. Wasn’t too long, sleeves were perfect. Even comes with a button to press that makes a Dino sound. Only thing is, the bottom that straps around your child’s shoe - will break.

Not the cutest
I knew from the start that the dinosaur head was funny looking but I was going more for the price because Halloween costumes are so dang expensive. I did add a bow and pink and purple felt circles to the costume so they knew my daughter was a girl. She didn't wear the head half the time anyways. It was just a tad long on her so I looped the foot straps to her rain boots so she wasn't stepping all over the costume. She wears 4T/5T and had sweats on under the costume so it there was plenty of room if that helps for the sizing.

Great costume! I was pleasantly surprised, I'm always worried ordering any kind of clothing online because a lot of times they aren't anything like the ad says, but that was not the case here. This is a good quality costume for a fantastic price. The rawr noise that it makes when you press the belly is a little more like a screeching but my 3 year old still loves it. My son is about 38 inches tall and pretty skinny, we ended up ordering the "small" because that was the only option Amazon gave, so I expected it to be giant on him, but nope not at all, it's the perfect size to be able to put clothes under it. Glad it worked out, I was going to order the xs/toddler if it was an option, so I'm glad it wasn't. So clearly these run a little small, I recommend ordering one size bigger than you think you need according to their chart. Overall a fantastic costume!! Great quality. Way better than I expected! 100% recommend! (Going to try to upload some pictures of it, hopefully it works)

Goofy but fun
This costume fit my 2 year old well (toddler size); he’s a 2T and this would probably fit a 3T easily as well. It’s a little goofy looking and several people asked if it was a dragon, lizard, or in one case alligator lol. He knew it was a dinosaur though. I did mostly buy it for the roar which is slightly disappointing. It works and he enjoyed it...but it sounds like an elephant. It’s funny and not scary (maybe that’s what they were going for?), but not a great “rawr!” If you’re ok with that, I’m sure you’ll like it. It’s goofy, but my son loved it. I would recommend messing with the straps on the feet before going out. The first night he wore this out they kept coming apart and I was afraid he’d trip so I tried taping them with medical tape (because it’s all I had) which didn’t work. The next night when we trick-or-treated I sewed the pieces together and they worked much better. There’s plenty of stretch to go over his thick Crocs so I’m sure it would work on most shoes. You could easily hand stitch them and tying them might even work.

Size comparison
I ordered a small and they sent me a toddler size, so I reordered. But here is a comparison of the two on the same kiddo. My 3 year old is 41" tall and about 40 lbs. His height puts him in 3T but he's skinny enough to fit 2T if it's long. The small fits much better though I do like the fit of the head on the toddler better. I agree with other reviews that say don't get it just for the sound button because it's obviously just a repurposed elephant sound and nothing like a dino roar. But my kid absolutely loves that feature which is what matters I guess. He's excited to wear it and it was a cheap option so I approve!

Great value
I liked how it fit my grandson perfectly. It was comfortable for him, and he enjoyed wearing it. The head tilted forward a lot, so I would add some Velcro to the back to attach to costume. Other than that, great value!

Nice warm costume
First off my son loves this costume and thats what matters most of all! The head of this "dinosaur" is very, very sad looking and doesn't resemble a dino at all. But the costume body is nice and warm and seems to be well made.

Soft and warm
This was the perfect costume for my almost 2 year old. Ran a little long for him but the elastics at the ankles helped keep the feet where they needed to be.

Great Costume
It's a great little costume. I ended up ordering way too big but was able to pin it in around the middle to fit. Had to pin the head piece because it kept falling forward into his face. He didn't care, he was a dinosaur and he roared :)
