Liquified paint

This paint separated and becomes unusable, the paint flakes off and is a mess. Not worth the price

Good Value at Price Point

I have a paint-n-sip business, and I offer painting on canvas. I was looking for a decent quality paint that is affordable. I did, however, prep all the canvas ahead of time with a flat white medium. This worked as a good solution to keep the colors more vibrant without to many extra coats of paint. I did some testing without priming the canvas first and it took a much longer dry time between each layer of colors. The red took several coats. Priming the canvas, reduced this to two coats.

My wife is been buying this brand of paints for our kids for a few years now. We like it a lot.

Not sure what sheerness means but the grandkids have a blast painting their masterpieces. Would buy again.

Good value for creative kids

My kids are both painters and they love this tempera. Just a little bit goes a surprisingly long way, and since it's washable, I let the kids get as messy as they want. A wet rag is enough to wipe up their painting table when they're all done, and no stains in their clothing. I did get duplicates of the primary blue. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but the children use the color so much, so it still worked out for us.

Only 11 different colors… 12 bottles. (2 of the same blue)

It’s advertised as 12 colors, but there are only 11 different colors. You have to pay attention and read the description of the colors in order to see that there are two of the same color blue.

Beautiful vivid paints.

Beautiful thick, vivid paints for kids or adults. Best price I could find on those. I will use them with kids in the art class. Be careful not to spill them, I accidentally dropped an opened blue bottle on my carpet. After vigorous cleaning, pale stain still remained.

Worth Every Penny

Much bulkier than I wanted or have the room to store but it's perfect. I have enough paint to last me through elementary years for 2 kids (I hope). I might purchase smaller bottles for the colors they use frequently. It is much cheaper to buy them larger and this particular brand is perfect. ALSO does not stain clothes.
