Disappointed

I usually wear a 8 or 9 depending on the Sanuk sandals but I am really a perfect 8.5. They just don't make half sizes that often. The style caught my attention on these sandals. There weren't any 8's left so I took the 9. I was surprised at how flimsy the material is that holds your foot in the sandal. And worse, the sole of the sandal is heavy so that when you walk it feels as though you are dragging the sandal with you. Sanuk really needed to use a heavier material on the top of the shoe. I can already feel the material is going to overstretch at some point since it has already loosened since I've been wearing them for about 20 minutes. If there was ever a sandal that needed a heel strap, its this one.

Most comfortable shoes to me!

I absolutely love Sanuk! These shoes are wonderful for just wearing around the house, or out and about. This pair replaced another that I have just worn out. I also love that you can wash them!

fit fine - despite other review

I have worn sankus for a long time. One thing i learned is the size. I have a pair of size 8 and size 7. Sanuks do stretch. I forgot this one time and bought size 8, need less to say, they are now to big. For this order, I ordered a 7. At first, yes the straps were tight. I wore them for one day and they stretched just enough and now i can easily slide my foot in and out. If you know sanuks, you may know about the sizing/ strap issues (like being tight at first). If not, I suggest ordering your closest whole size (I am 7.5 and ordered 7 and they fit perfect). Try and wear them for a day or two and they should adjust to your feet.

My around the house slides

The slide strap could use some elastic/stretch. But otherwise is a nice comfortable slide with some decent footbed support without being heavy.

Very cute but a little big

I have other Sanuk yoga sandals in size 7 that fit well so I ordered these in a 7 but they were way too loose. I think without the strap holding them on the back of my heel they just flopped around on my feet. I’m giving the 7’s to my daughter who wears a 7.5 and I’m ordering myself a 6. My regular sz is 6.5-7 and my foot is on the narrow side.

The best sanuks I’ve ever bought!

I always read reviews before I purchase and these reviews had me very skeptical. Given I got the shoes for $14 I figured if they didn’t fit right I’d just gift them to someone else. I have to say I have several pairs of Sanuks and honestly they aren’t my favorite shoes. These right here tho are my new go to fav show I own! They are a little tight but that’s what keeps them from slipping off my feet! I’m a size 5, not wide but not narrow feet. These are a dream! I will be ordering the other colors!

The Sanuk thong sandals are far better

I really wanted to like these, since I only wear Sanuk sandals. However, they are really making my feet sore and I’m not sure why. I normally buy the thong sandals every summer and thought I’d give these slides a try. I won’t be purchasing any Sanuk slides ever again.

Cute but

They are cute and comfy but like other reviews said it is tight putting your foot in. BUT they were $10 sanuks so I try to wear them around the house and break them in!
