The media could not be loaded. Relatively easy to apply to toilet & must be purchased w/Wall Cistern type unit or flushing will be difficult if not impossible but all plastic bolts & plunger rods come w/unit. Fairly heavy plastic that kinda resembles metal. Fells fairly durable 4 plastic.

Doesn’t leave fingerprints

Renovated bathroom and added the wall hung toilet. Wish they made the plate in this brand in chrome. But at least the white doesn’t leave fingerprints every time.

Harded plastic flush mechanism.

For the price, it really should have been metal, not plastic. It clicks well with a light touch and seems durable. I have not installed it yet because there seems to be issues with one of their toilet models ( not enough water, not enough hurricane swirling), so I am holding off until I get the tank and toilet that has better functionality. That said, I believe that this switch will likely fit other tank systems. Measure properly, and this actuator may not restriction you to Swiss Madison tanks, and hence, their wall mount toilet.
