Perfect for my petite 4-YO, except…..
One of the pedal keeps coming off. The pedal and the bolt are tight together and don’t spin smoothly. So instead of remaining in place, the screw loosens with each revolution. I tried to spray the pedal and bolt with WD40 to allow the pedal to spin freely but it’s still stiff. Guess I’ll have to order a replacement… my daughter is 4 but is on the smaller side and probably 40” so this works well for her. It’s even better that I can help her along as she learns to steer.

The best birthday gift for my grandson that has Cerebral palsy
I so thankful that I was able to buy a bicycle for my grandson that Has a handle to control the wheels because he has Cerebral palsy palsy and he has a difficult time riding a bike and he out grew his tricycle so it was a blessing to find this bike and made him very happy

Instructions not as intuitive, but good bike
The assembly instructions weren't very detailed so I had to use some critical thinking to figure it out, but ultimately it's a great bike for my kids to learn with

Perfect first bike
My two-year old son recently received this bike for Christmas, and we all love it. Here are multiple reasons why: First, I wanted a quality toddler bike that does not promote any characters (since children tend to grow out of their obsessions) and one that was unisex. All of the Huffy 12-inch bikes were covered in characters, so this Schwinn bike was the winner. The color is more of a burnt orange rather than a red, but it's not blatantly boy and could definitely be used for a girl (since I'm not fond of purchasing everything in pink or purple for girls). Second, I read other reviews describing how helpful the posterior removeable steering handle is, but until my son actually sat on the bike, I didn't realize how absolutely necessary and helpful this handle is for parents of first-time bike riders. My son is very short, but his feet can reach the pedals with the seat all the way down. However, he cannot yet pedal but can still enjoy riding this bike due to the helpful posterior handle. For adults the handle is a blessing because one does NOT bend over uncomfortably the entire time while pushing. The handle allows for easy, smooth, comfortable steering and safely helps guide a toddler who'd rather steer himself. We have comfortably been able to push our son for as long as he'd like around the house or down the sidewalk only because of this handle. Even my father with Parkinson's loved pushing my son around only because of the handle which gave my father support and easy maneuverability. No other 12-inch bike had such a handle, and now that we have a first bike with a handle, I would never consider a first bike without one. Third, the bike chain is completely enclosed. The Huffy bike chains only have a guard on the upper part of the chain, but this Schwinn bike's chain is completely enclosed. And I much appreciate this safety feature since I have an extremely curious toddler who would absolutely explore a dirty exposed chain if there was one. Fourth, this bike includes a bell, and my son loves ringing it as he's riding. Fifth, the seat is an appropriate size for a toddler who is any size. Lastly, the bike was easy and relatively quick to assemble, and the parts are durable and strong.

Cute bike granddaughter loved it
You need a Allen wrench for assembly yet it didn’t come with one and had to find one that fit. I then gave that along with the bike in the gift as they will need that to adjust the handle bars in the future. The instructions also don’t tell you how to put the front fender on. Perfect size for 3 year old granddaughter.

Great bike for toddlers, except for the pedals
This is a great bike for a young bike rider, but not everything is awesome. As long as your kid is at least 34" they should be able to ride it (peddling takes practice though) Pros: 1. The handle for the parent/ older kid is awesome. Helpful for when the toddler gets tired as well as helping/correcting the steering 2. The seat lowers all the way down unlike some that still keep an inch of bar showing so it works for kids slightly shorter than most 12" wheel bikes 3. The handle in the back is relatively easy to remove and replace when needing to toss it in a trunk to take the bike to a park 4. The water bottle holder holds most toddler size drink bottles, you don't have to use the water bottle it comes with Cons: 1. The bell is junk. But a better one (ours broke within 24hrs of toddler play) 2. The training wheels ride a little high, even in the lowest position, so the bike feels like it will tip easy (doesn't really though) and wobbles a bit more than I would like. 3. The pedal will not stay on!!! Biggest complaint and reason for not giving a 5⭐️ Constantly having to tighten the pedals on both sides. They are tighter on the side near the pedal rather than the side near the screw end so gradually over a couple days of use the pedals start unscrewing from the bike and you have to tighten them both back up again. Very annoying and my 2yr old isn't even doing major distance yet.

Perfect for every stage of learning to ride
This training bike has surpassed my expectations! It seems like everything for this age group has plastic wheels, or has trainers that aren't removable. If they do have real wheels with removable trainers, they're too big for toddlers, and don't have a parent handle. Well this little Schwinn is not only adorable, but it ticks every box for us. Our small 3 year old can reach the pedals, with no problem. After a week, he was already able to pedal himself, and knew how to backbreak! There's no handlebar break here, which is great. My two older kids had a hard time breaking the habit of using those and backpedaling instead. The parent handle is great for teaching him to steer himself, as we ride he gets a natural feel for steering. We aren't ready to take the training wheels off yet, but I imagine the parent handle helps with this too. No running alongside them, bent over, trying not to let them fall. My 3 year old loves the bell, and pretends it's his fire truck alarm! I definitely recommend this over the plastic wheeled tricycle types, this will carry you through more learning phases.

Vale 100%
Tenía dudas sobre la calidad, pero estoy 100% satisfecha el color es mejor de lo que esperaba, todo es metal llantas de aire, y no de goma que es lo que me temía. Aun no la armo, pero estoy contenta con lo que recibí.

The item received with many deep scratches.
The item received with many deep scratches and on the bike frame, fork and handle bar. I was meant for a gift and it ended up look like it was a second hand bike. Very disappointed purchase.
