NICE unit...

Seat installed, but not yet used. This a very nice, simple unit that folds up nicely, hold the seat from the wall about 1/2 - 3/4''. We had to open the exterior wall up to move the interior wall supports where they should have been for THIS design (what we did B4 the tile went up is on our head). We gave 4 (in lue of 5 stars) for several reasons. 1, The stainless U track for the lower support arms not lock the seat (2-bumps) in the full closed position. 2, The stainless U bracket has a solid portion that goes against the tile, a spot that may be hard to clean / de-mold.

Perfect size with stowaway feature!

My husband had a walk in shower with a drop down seat which did the job perfectly for him to accommodate his limitations when showering. I am now remodeling my shower for the same reason. I could not find a similar seat until I saw yours on Amazon. The remodel is a work in progress but I am so excited to have found what I wanted. My contractor has opened the box and given it his approval so I am sure I will be pleased once it is installed. It was priced fairly as well and arrived promptly.
