Loose caps seem to be the rule
As others have reported, the cap was off one jug, and loose on the other three. Luckily, only a small amount had spilled. Were the caps never tightened?? Have purchased gallon sized refills, online, before and never had this problem. Product still gets five stars.

Not what's advertised
I am very disappointed in this product. I purchased the 4 -gallon pack to use a refilling my soap dispensers. Compared to the exact same brand with the 11.25 Ounce dispensers, this is very watered down.

Doesn’t Lather Well
I am disappointed with this soap. I have used other Softsoap products and really like them. They have been thick, creamy, and lather well. This version is thin and “lifeless”. The lack of lathering is the biggest disappointment. Unfortunately, I have a lot of soap to use up now and am reminded of this poor purchase several times a day:(

No protective seal
Bought for business use. Came in with 1 cap off and 1/2 gone bottle. Mess to clean but happy it was soap and not a dangerous chemical. Since coming from Amazon there was not easy direct way to contact seller like when buying from 3rd parties to notify them. I don't want to return item, just disappointed out 1/2 a gallon of soap.

Please tape the lids so they don't unscrew in transit.
I have made three orders of the gallon size refills from you. Two of the three, one of the bottles had a loose lid. In the last order one bottle had lost approx. 75% of its contents. This order one bottle had lost approx. 5% to 8% of the content. Please make sure the bottles remain sealed on any further orders.

Good
Overall I like the product but the packaging was terrible. Lots of leaking. Put in a box that was way too big with not enough packing material.
