Nice quality product

Only reason I did not give this product a 5⭐️ Was the low water pressure. I like the quality feel and the look of the shower head. I bought it due to a need for a handheld shower but when not using the handheld part the regular head is too low flow for my liking.

My husband and I went on a weekend trip and were lucky enough to have a Speakman shower head in it - oh HEAVENS!!! I couldn't believe how wonderful it felt and how clean I was after I got out! I was in shock at it - I told my husband he had to try it and he was in heaven also. He completmented how smooth and clean he felt. So of course we had to get one at home. We weren't sure which model to get, but I wanted the dual head to have the ability to wash my daughter's hair better in the shower. She doesn't like water in her eyes, so I figured having the removable head i could lean her back and wash/rinse her hair (like in a hair salon) and it works great. It has 2 different settings for each shower head and you can only use 1 at the time - but that isn't a big deal, I just like having the option to take the 2nd head off its bracket and get it close to my muscles. It is easy to install - probably took my husband about 10 - 15 minutes to make sure it was on right, tight enough for no leaks and that it works. Great purchase!!

Gets You So Clean

I researched so many shower heads with handheld option I was almost able to tell who manufactured it. This set won the research. We put a chlorine filter on it. I Really Like this shower set. As others stated, you feel so much cleaner. It really gets all the soap off and uses less water than my last set which wasn't that old. What impressed my husband was that there are so many all metal pieces, but there is still some plastic which is to be expected. It is nice to see something that is made well and works well. A rare commodity sometimes. If you like a squeaky clean feeling, try this one. I'm glad I bought one :-)

Missing parts needed to install.

Missing parts. I recieved this showerhead set in great anticipation of having a spa like shower in my home. Upon opening the package in preparation to install, the parts needed to attach the heads to the shower and wall are missing. Specifically: VS-111 2-way diverter and VS-126 wall bracket. I am disappointed that I will have to spend another week trying to put this project together and get it installed. On the up side, the showerhead and handheld unit look like good quality and well built.
