Buyer beware!

This is a poorly made product. The fittings that screw on to the shower pipe are made of plastic. The hose fittings are plastic. The optional stainless hose, which I purchased for an extra $45 dollars, unraveled within 2 days of use. The tapered holder that the hose fits into is smaller than the taper on the hand-held hose so it falls out easily. The main head fitting broke off. I wrote to Speakman and they never answered. POOR customer service. I am out almost $200 dollars. I purchased a $20 dollar Delta that is working just fine. I bought a high-end Speakman product based on their reputation for quality. Now, when I think of Speakman, I think of JUNK
