The 1 star reviewer can't read; this is the 1.75 GPM model. Some states restrict the flow from the full 2.5 GPM to save on water. This shower head is solid. A quick YouTube search will show you how to 'adjust' the flow rate. It's like showering with a pressure washer. It's perfect. For the price, I would prefer if this was metal, but it's mostly plastic. I'll see how long it stays clean with my hard water.

Bought it as a gift - (i already have 5 Speakman's in my house.)

This was a gift for a friend in here in California who didn't know about Speakman - but when they saw it - they said "oh yeah! - last time i stayed at T** * Hotel in Vegas - this is what they have in the suites!" . If you're reading this trying to determine whether to buy Speakman or another brand - do yourself a favor and buy this! Don't even hesitate.

Very little pressure.

You advertised this had pressure. There is no pressure unless you set it on the squirt gun setting. I normally have very good water pressure and with this I basically have very little. Some of the streams are so weak they just bend and don't reach you. There is some water drop leakage around the edge of the dial. I don't like showering with a squirt gun. I immediately disconnected it and ordered a former product that worked.

Cheap plastic-don’t buy

Avoid this product, this is plastic and cheaply made, the 2nd one i replaced in 3 months, avoid the headache
