Not At All Flatpacked
This item has in the description that it is flat packed and requires assembly. That is not at all the case. The rack comes fully assembled and is literally spot welded together. No bolts to take it apart, no options to make it smaller. I wanted to install this rack into a crawl space, which in order to do so, it would have to fit through the man hole. Unfortunately, the 9U rack is just a little too big to fit through the man hole. Since it's fully spot welded together, I don't really have any options other than taking a grinder to it and welding it back together. Not gonna go there, though. What sucks for me is that I ordered this well ahead of my project due to frequent stock issues and I wasn't able to get my eyes on it prior to my return window closing. I didn't even think to have the shipping box described to me, it's quite literally ginormous. So, now I've wasted $190 and I'm seriously not happy about it. Product descriptions are very important sometimes and this one is *extremely* misleading. It would have been fine if it had shipped fully assembled, but I could actually take it apart like you can with most racks out there. The product does appear quite nice and it does seem sturdy. It's probably the right product for some people, but not for my application.

Great switching rack for small spaces
I was looking for a smaller, reduced depth wall mount rack to mount a patch panel, Poe switch, and UPS to power cameras. Space was tight. This is sturdy and arrives as a single piece. No assembly required. Great rack for small wiring closets without wasting space. The only trick was finding a rack mount UPS smaller enough to fit but with enough juice to handle a power loss. APC didn’t make any, but found an off brand (cyberpower) unit good enough to handle short outages. Worth noting there is no cable management built in and being a wall mount, no rear square slots. You’ll need to add that if you need it. Came with enough square nuts and screws to accommodate 1U devices top to bottom without running out.

Not 19" deep, also only screws for 6U not all 9U!
Would be nice, but not as described. 18" front to back, less from the fixings, not 19" deep! Also has cage nuts/screws for only 6U not 9U.

Heave duty and high quality rack
This is one of the best on the market for the price; it is one piece rack so no bolt and more robust. The only issue is regarding the dimension; the rack is 22" width instead of 21" as mentioned in the datasheet. I recommend this product a lot.
