Good for Origami Shelf for hardwood floors

I used these for aOrigami R3-01 General Purpose 3-Shelf Steel Collapsable Storage Rack, Small I bought through Amazon's sister company Woot!. I wanted casters which would be kinder on my hardwood flooring. It does the job well. The only ding I can add is that it's a little tricky to tighten onto the threads, but I figured out that having a second wrench holding the nut that is between the wheel and the stem, inside the caster, made the job doable.

Its sturdy and it has no way to lock the wheel. The Threads are 12mm by 1.75 thread pitch. Nuts are not supplied, so when ordering nuts, don't forget the thread pitch is 1.75.

Excellent when. Shaft is 40mm. Had to drill and tap hole to attach the wheel. Much better than the original wheel on the cart.

swivel caster

4 inch wheel with rubber tread. it has a roller bearing. i had to remove wheel to grease bearing. there was no lube. it will be used on a oil drain tank. not sure how long the rubber will last around oil

Junk

Installed casters onto air compressor legs. Was about to put the last caster on when the nut stripped from the threads and tipped compressor over. Lifted compressor back up and the opposite side of compressor threads broke off stud. Will never buy again.

The casters are fine but they shipped them in three different boxes. What the hell. They can all go in one box no problem!!!!
