First impressions.

First impressions are important. I ordered this on my prime account, 2 day shipping and all that. It arrived in two business days sitting on my front porch. I read a lot of reviews on air over hydraulic jacks and the Sunex seems to be the better buy for the money. So I moved the box into my garage and the first thing I notice is that there is no packing tape securing the top and bottom of the package the lid just slides right off. The bottom of the box had a gapping hole where the seam blew out from the base of the jack wore through it from all the vibration and movement during shipping. I take inventory of the contents and everything is there except for a nut and bolt used to join the two handle pieces together. I am no stranger to damaged shipping boxes especially when shipping heavier items. The product here is pretty heavy duty/ durable so nothing was damaged. I replaced the missing hardware and assembled the jack. The air fitting furnished is not a standard fitting found in most shops so I replaced it with one style I use with my tools and compressor. I fired up my air compressor and built pressure to about 120psi. It states that this jack needs 100 psi to operate best. I ran it through a cycle and everything appears to be working as it should. I plan on using this to raise my 14,000 lb. RV in the air to do the brakes. I'm going to give this three and a half stars for now and do a follow up after I put this jack to the test. They really need to pack this product in a stronger box for shipment.

Use to be good jacks now quilty is totally cheap I brought 8 jacks and 6 off them broke or stop working with in 3 months
