Love this product but....

I love this product but..... It comes opened/leaky and goopy. I feel like I am losing a full application of it. It's expensive! The bottle needs to be taped at the opening before shipping

Shipment issue but great product

Love this product but was received with lid open and about 1/4 of the conditioner leaked inside of the package. Maybe should have been packaged in a box instead of an envelope.

Not what I expected

I used this product at my daughters house. It had a great fragrance and left a tingling sensation. My order left me disappointed. It does not smell at all and does not offer the tingling sensation. Even worse, it doesn’t soften the hair. I confirmed with my daughter that the products were the same. She picked hers up at Target and I ordered from Amazon. $70 is wasted to not receive the product expected. Leaves me wondering if it was the actually product or if it had been replaced with something cheaper. There’s no security or safety wrapping on the packaging. It arrived with shampoo and conditioner on the outside of the bottles and tape over the lid.
