Works great to cover ugly lightswitches

useless for my purpose

I'm installing 2 rocker switches, a duplex outlet, and an occupancy sensor switch in 1 4-gang box. I thought this cover plate had adapters to accommodate multiple things, so I could assemble it's options to fit my need. In fact, this item is only the base plate with no adapters. Finding the adapters required some minor searching--each one costs close to $5, so this becomes a very expensive coverplate for a 4 gang box. Further, the adapter selection seems quite limited, and they are just cosmetic plates to make older style switches and outlets look newer. I wouldn't say the description was misleading, but it was very incomplete and failed to point out these essential details, and failed to point out the need for additional parts, much less provide a link to take you to them.
