Over all the fountain appearance is nice.
Too much splash from top of fountain. Would suggest that the manufacturer add volume control for the pump.

Enjoying the fountain!
East to assemble. Set up in backyard, added water, plugged it in and it started right up! Question…someone mentioned adjusting the pump. Is this possible? If so, how? We are not experiencing any of the problems others have mentioned. Great purchase! We are happy with it.

Not sturdy
I bought this fountain in spring of 2022. The first time I tipped it sideways to pour the dirty water onto the flowering shrubs, the top section fell off onto the grass, and a small piece broke off. I turned this side away from our patio. After that, every few days when I poured off the dirty water, I used two hands, one to hold the large basin and one to keep the upper section in place. I asked my husband to handle the hose to spray the basins clean while I directed the water to fall on the right plants. Then one day my husband tried to pour off the dirty water and the top two sections fell off onto the grass, and a major break occurred. If you look inside the sections, you can see all kinds of dangling threads and sheets of plastic stuff, that should have been wiped away during manufacture. If you feel the edges, you can tell the thickness varies a lot. Quality control must have been absent. I have had garden fountains for 15 years, and never had such lousy quality, and the earlier ones were much cheaper. Grass is soft! Nothing should have broken with a short fall onto grass! I am now using the bottom section and base as a bird bath. It is too deep for many birds, but the blue jays like it.

Over priced
I felt for the price it would be a little more sturdy. Seems like it's easy to break and tip over. We hardly use it as long ch as I thought. Water seems to disappear after cycling a day. Not sure if there is a leak but I doubt it.

Birds love the fountain!
I like the two level design, and birds do also. Several birds will go in at the same time. Hummingbirds love to hover around the top of the fountain when the water is gushing up. The major drawback is both bowls are difficult to clean thoroughly. I take the top part off to be able to clean the bowls better. The design has so many indentations that get slimy and green that I frequently use white vinegar and a stiff brush to scrub off the scum. It is necessary to periodically use bleach to disinfect it to keep it safe for birds.

Relaxing
It’s a nice size fountain for the price. However, the bottom tier isn’t very shallow and when the fountain runs too much water is bouncing off the bowl and it empties pretty quickly
