Beautiful pattern, "paper" is less than ideal

I fell in love with this pattern and knew it would look great on my stair risers. However, I was greatly disappointed on many front. Would not recommend. First off, as I was measuring it and unrolling the product, it was bubbling. That is not a good sign to be bubbling before even using it. Next, it was extremely difficult to cut. Be prepared to go through multiple blades as this paper will dull them with how hard to you have to press to get a clean cut. The backing it think and the product is vinyl--not paper. Next, when applying, after removing the backing, the static that resulted kept misaligning where I wanted the paper to go. That was frustrating. Next, as you can see in the images, the product bubbled and wrinkled, despite using a squeegee to apply it. It immediately started peeling and I don't expect it to last long. Really poor quality for the price. I found a super cheap paper for my other staircase and that has worked so well that i am wondering why this one if so expensive if it doesn't work well. I followed all of the instructions but the paper just doesn't stick and doesn't apply well enough to get a perfect finish each time. Would return it if I could.

Gorgeous removable vinyl wallpaper

I used this wallpaper in navy on two walls in a guest room redo. The moon pattern is hard to match but the end result is so ????. The moon is a gold to rose gold color depending on the light in the room. With patience, the paper is smooth and stays in place. The paper is so dark that some blue color does transfer to your hands when installing but was easy to wash off.

Easy to work with

I purchased this product from a big box home improvement store as the price was a bit lower. Anyone who can't figure out how to get the wrinkles out is not being patient! This product is so forgiving and easy to work with. I placed and removed each of my strips multiple times until I got the placement just right. I used a wallpaper smoothing tool and my hand to remove bubbles. The edges are difficult/impossible to line up desig-wise, however, it's really not noticeable unless you're inspecting the final product for imperfections. End result is beautiful! This same product is sold by Anthropologie and Pottery Barn.
