Insert Defect

Beautiful cup but insert is defective. The insert seams are crooked and there's a gap where the seams should come together. Ordered a replacement, hoping that it's not also defective.

Disappointed in Tervis

I am a tervis lover! Always have been. I have accumulated at least 100 tervis cups over the years. The recent order I placed has several cups that look like someone literally threw the printed graphic paper in and shipped it. Where is the care about appearance and a tad of clear glue or tape to mesh it together??? Disappointing to say the least! Definitely not gifting a cup that looks like a kindergartner made it.

Wonderful!

Received this as a Christmas gift from family and it's my favorite cup! Amazing gift for all Mandalorian fans. The only reason I gave a 4-star overall review was that the cap leaks and the tumbler is not spill-proof as advertised, but as I drink without the cap anyway, that's okay with me :)

Keeps drinks warm, best gift I got!

I got this gift for Christmas. I love the Mando show, baby Yoda is THE CUTEST! This is a Tervis brand cup so it keep my hot drinks hot for a long time in the coldest weather. I hand wash it but it has taken a dive off the counter and it has survived well.

Lo que diferencia este vaso, de cualquier otro vaso de plástico, es el diseño que te venden. Me llevé la desafortunada sorpresa de que el diseño estaba arruinado por una gran etiqueta adherible, con la leyenda "Contiene 2 piezas". No sé a quién se le ocurrió la necesidad de establecer lo evidente de form escrita, ni de por qué lo harían ocupando el mayor área posible, ni por qué la colocarían sobre el diseño que estamos comprando, ni por qué utilizarían un pegamento plástico que no puede ser removido con agua caliente, ni con alcohol, ni con acetona, ni con otros solventes. Arruinaron lo único que diferencia al producto con una etiqueta innecesaria...
