Great for French Baguettes
I've gotten into making fresh bread each weekend using a couple of recipes on the tubes. They work out well and this bread pan makes a big difference. Nice crusty bottoms every time. Highly recommended.

A very solid baguette pan
Best baguette pan I have used: sturdy, heavy-weight, and easy to clean. Will no doubt last a lifetime. The holes in the metal facilitate even baking of the entire surface of the baguette. Another plus: the grooves are generously spaced so that there is ample room for the loaves to spread before baking.

It's well made, however...
We returned this to get another Chicago Metallic pan instead. My husband bakes Baguettes and this pan does NOT touch the bottom of a baking/pizza stone. Which for us is NEEDED. This pan hovers over a stone, which bakes bread VERY differently.

Only regret is not buying sooner
I have several bakeware pans but USA Bakeware has been pretty much the best. More expensive but knowing my experience with them I bought this brand. Didn’t disappoint. What’s good: - literally no sticking. None. - shape of loaves so much better than laying flat - perforation gets airflow, better cooking and crust - size. Perfect. Can fit three in my oven at once. The bad: - none What I wish was improved. - thicker loaf size there are smaller ones for French bread baguettes but after making a dozen with this realize that you have to go on the thinner side or expands over the lip. So ends up being more like French size. If considering buying French version I’d discourage that. Too tight of a fit unless you want bread sticks. Haha. - pulling out of the oven is a little wonky. Have mits on, nowhere to really grab that’s stable. You have very hot loaves, can only grab the end but not well, very imbalanced. I wish they have some spoon shaped lip to grab. On the upside when you do pull the trey out, loaves just slide off. The pan cools off very quickly. I found that you can prep strips, cover, then gently roll them into this pan (tilt) and won’t ruin its final rested prep. I plan to get 2 more to fill up my oven and use this technique for batches.

HOMEMADE BAGUETTES!!! Magnifique!! ????
Firstly, I ordered this pan 2x from Amazon.com, both times they shipped in bags, both times arrived with bags ripped open and pans damaged, then returned. This time I ordered from Amazon.ca, arrived quickly and packed in a box!! ????. First time making baguettes. Perfection! This pan, like all USA bakeware is excellent! Washes easily, size is perfect for baguettes, they don’t stick, bake perfectly with the holes. Crisp exterior, soft pillowy interior. I used Entertaining with Beth’s recipe. Highly recommend!!!!!

A little overpriced
This is a fine baguette tray - mine got a little crushed in the post and is slightly misshapen as a result (postage to and from States meant I put up with the slightly distorted tray). The special coating is not that special imho and the trays I got from Bakery bits are maybe even better (and half the price). Over all I would not buy again but I'm not overly upset with my purchase either.
