USA Pans are my favorite bakeware to use! I am an avid baker and since discovering these pans I have slowly been replacing my old bakeware pieces with these. I am an avid baker and these cookie sheets are my go to for shower gifts also. Cooks evenly and cleanup is so easy! Highland recommend!

Best Cookie Pan EVER !!

I am notorious for burning the cookies I bake. Not with this pan!! I love this pan. I love it so much I have bought it as a gift for 2 of my family members. The heat is evenly distributed, no need for butter or cooking oil ... just put your cookie dough on the pan, put in the oven, take out when done, remove cookies, let pan cool and then easily wash with a little soap and warm water. AMAZING !! Easy to use and so very easy to clean and it maintains its beautiful color. I can't say enough nice things about this baking sheet for cookies. Just buy it. Oh, at times, they are on sale -- grab 2 then -- one for you and one for someone you love. Big Bonus -- MADE IN AMERICA !!! Support local people !!

I like that it is made in the U,S,A. - this is quality. It did warp the 3 first times at 400 degrees, but now it is perfect! Easy to clean, truly nonstick. Made pizza with it, foccacia, etc. and everything browns equally. Very happy with purchase.

A nice, heavy sheet pan

Great product, lots of other sheet pans are so thin they warp in the oven so the stuff on them never cooks evenly. This is nice and heavy, holds heat great and hasn't warped at all in my experience even when taking it up to pretty high temp. Not the most non-stick pan ever but you can definitely bake a Sicilian pie or focaccia in here no problem. Use parchment or silpats when possible and you'll get a good long life out of this thing.
