Very tiny

I got these for the bathtub in my spare bathroom to wash the dog as it showed a bathtub in the pictures however they are too small. As soon as the water hits it they move and will let hair or anything down the drain. These are for sinks which they for perfectly. I would not recommend them for any other drain. Very tiny

I highly recommend these, they solved my unique problem

I was looking for something to put in the bottom of my vessel sink, after the original stopper started having problems and my sink wouldn't drain, and this fit the bill. It is small, so it is not an eyesore, since my sink is clear glass, and does the job of straining things, and not allowing things to fall into the sink. It does move slightly, when the water turns on, but not enough to be an issue, and since it is small it can get clogged occassionally, if hair, or something gets into it, but it comes in a set of four, so you could always throw it away, and replace it, rather than having to clean it. I highly recommend these, they solved my unique problem.

Too small to use unless pop-up stopper is removed.

When these arrived (which took weeks) I did not even open the package. They were smaller than what I was expecting. These appear to be dseigned so that you would *remove* the pop-up sink stopper, then insert these with the cup-side down into the drain. I did not want to remove the stoppers and these would not fit over the stoppers. The product description could have been better. The opening of the cup is 15/16-inch and the cup depth is about 3/4-inch, in case anyone needs to know. The diameter of the flange is 2 1/8-inch. One more thing for the next garage sale.

You're not getting 16 pieces. You're getting just 4.

For some reason I thought I was getting 16 pieces in total for 9 bux. Last i bought 1 pgk of 4 from a local bux store for a buck.

Durable, good Quality

I'm using it in a 1 1/4" bathroom sink drain so it's a slightly loose fit but it doesn't dislodge or move about. The outside rim covers the rest of the drain perfectly. The plastic is hard and durable unlike some of the other flimsy mesh strainers I've seen. I've had no trouble with clogging or slow flow that you get with the wire mesh strainers. I couldn't find anything like this for bathroom sinks at the hardware store and the plumber didn't even know what I was talking about. This purchase was well worth the wait - all the way from China.

READ THE DIMENSIONS

1️⃣This is a very hard plastic. It will not bend to conform to your sink. 2️⃣ This is small (which is why I bought it). I have a weird bathroom sink drain size. I’m remodeling so this is the cheapest way I have to make sure my stuff doesn’t go down the drain. If the drain hole in your sink is very small and the surface is flat, I cannot recommend this enough. For everybody else, this will get you through until you can get things fixed permanently.

These fit perfectly flush with the drain opening and are easy to take out to clean

My dear husband is reluctant to install a new drain for my bathroom sink which broke. So I pulled out the plunger but needed a way to trap any hair to keep it from going down the drain. These fit perfectly flush with the drain opening and are easy to take out to clean. I purchased a rubber stopper (that my cat thinks is a toy) to plug the drain when I need to fill up the basin (this plastic drain hair stopper has to be removed first before using the rubber stopper).

Best product

Tried few other metal products which either scratch or made the water drainage slow. This is the best so far. As made of plastic, will not scratch the sink and and water dran fast.

Just got my Hair Drain Stopper today and I love them

Holding out for a better design

It prevents hair from going down, however it can float up if not careful to position correctly (rendering it useless for the purpose) and it becomes a new nuissance in itself given how easy & often it clogs (if you have long hair or cats, expect to empty it out daily or at least every other day). If the holes were slightly larger, I think it may still be able to catch all hair without clogging itself so fast. I've seen comparable products at dollar stores since buying this and think they'd be more effective.
