Love this stuff!
I love this stuff. I would marry it if I could. As it is, I'm spending a whole lot of time trying to find places to use it because A) It works and B) It's easy to use. Crazy House is old, and some of the choices the previous owners made have left me and The Housemate scratching our heads. Water spigots are antiques, and I feared they'd need to be replaced until I found this tape. A couple of wraps, and the leaking has stopped completely. Seriously I'm so juiced about that that I keep asking The Housemate, "Is anything else leaking? We have a LOT of this tape." A couple of tips for anyone who, like me, had never used Teflon tap before: Figure out the direction you need to turn the female connector in to attach it to the male connector. (It's usually clockwise; righty-tighty, lefty-loosey) Wrap the tape around the threads of the male connector in the same direction so when you attach the female part, you're not turning it against the direction of the wrap. I did it randomly to start and regretted it. Also, don't unroll a lot of tape at once. It's light and it can tangle and will stick to itself. Apply with a light pressure. Don't stretch it, but don't just lay it on the threads. Wrap a few times around the connector. And finally, once the wrap is finished, smooth it with your fingers. The tape will pretty much stick to itself and mold itself to the threads. So before you decide to make expensive changes, try this simple, and immensely satisfying repair.

Nice MultiPack ➙ DIY Instructions Showing How to Apply It in My Video (In Case You Don't Know)
The media could not be loaded. I bought this multipack of teflon tape because I'll go through four or five rolls a year, which is to say that if you only need to install a couple of shower heads you can probably get by with just a single roll of teflon tape. If you haven't used teflon tape before, it's super easy and I go over some basic instructions in my video. Basically, you just wrap your threads in a clockwise direction and you're all set. Yes it's true that there are different thicknesses of teflon tape. This one is right about in the middle, I'd say: I've tried out both thicker and thinner versions of teflon tape. The only thing to really watch out for is the thin stuff, as it breaks too easily and doesn't really do the job all that well. This tape is pretty good stuff and this multipack will last me a good long time. ................. This product was NOT given to me as part of any promotion. I bought it after doing some comparison shopping and this review is entirely the result of my own opinions and use of the product.

As good as any I’ve used.
Can’t beat the price. As a DIY’er I use this stuff all the time. With a pack of 5 now don’t have to go find the one roll, usually in the last place I used it. Just keep one everywhere I need it. One in the basement on top of the hot water heater as I change the elements regularly. One in the kitchen through all(junk) drawer. I’ve also converted the water heater in the R.V. to electric and remove the element to clean or replace it regularly so I keep one inside the access door. One in the R.V. itself and the last one in the shop building.

Fixed my leaky hose!
Purchased these because my hose (which is about 2 months old so it’s pretty new) was leaking at both the connector where it attaches to the water line as well as the sprayer. I attached put this on both ends and reattached to the line and the spray nozzle and both are no longer leaking! I love when I get an idea to fix something and it actually works! Although I really don’t need 5 of these, I assume they will last for years and will be handy to have on hand. I’d rather buy too many and not have to leave my house, than buy a single roll and have to deal with the parking lot and checking out at the local big box home improvement store. Every time I purchase something online, I always check the reviews. I count on others to help me choose the best option. My reviews are always my honest opinion and I try to include photos if possible. If my review has helped you in any way, please click the "helpful" button below so that I know! If you have any questions feel free to ask! Thank you!

Excellent value.
Can't argue with getting 5 rolls of plumber's tape for a decent price. Works as expected, and I can keep a roll in 2 different tool boxes, and have 3 in storage, as spares. Instead of being upset because unexpectedly running out of plumber's tape, have more than needed for the current job. Makes sense, this tape doesn't go bad. Excellent value for the quantity and quality.

Good quality Teflon tape - does the job
This tape feels a bit thicker than the usual Teflon tape you get at the big box hardware store. The half inch width is suitable for many applications. I used it while rebuilding an old Dewalt air compressor and the tape did its job. About 4 to 6 rounds of the tape on the threads made good air-tight seals on all the connections. I am sure it would work great for any general plumbing application. The price is right for a 5 pack delivered to my door. Recommended.

Silky smooth
There isn't much to Teflon tape, so this review will be minimal, but here is the pertinent information: Unlike some Teflon tape, this doesn't display any tendency to split or break off into threads even when torn by hand--which is how most people do it, right? The consistency is silky and it has nice self adhesion. This seems to require a couple more layers of wrap than some Teflon tape I have used, but I don't know if this is a thinner variety or if it was just the application (preparing 1/4 inch fasteners for a reverse osmosis system). I believe the information in Amazon does specify the thickness as well as the length and width of the roll, so that isn't a fault, just something I noticed. Overall, it works well, and I will have no problem with it now that I know to put about five or six wraps around the threads instead of three.
