Very disappointed that this case arrived with a large crack and no instructions for assembly or hardware. Returning and ordering elsewhere.

Great for the size and price
There may be sturdier cases, but it was hard to beat the price on this one for its size. The way the 3 trays fit, with options on how angled (or not) you want each tray, is really nice. The front can also take a chalk marker if you want to label various items in the case. We drilled holes in the bottom and screwed it to the counter of a food trailer to make sure it stays put.

Cheap parts
Plastic screws are never a good idea

Very flimsy and falls apart
This review is for the product, the manufacturer of the product, and not the seller. This product uses cheap plastic screws and bolts, I'm assuming to match the acrylic walls. The only problem is that it can't fully tighten, and if you drop a screw it's like in stealth mode with a cloaking device, you'll never find it again. I was at an event and carrying this back to the car, and an entire panel feel apart, screws everywhere all over the pavement and grass, and yes they were previously fully tightened. I had product falling everywhere and without the one panel the entire thing nearly fell apart in my hands. Good luck getting any additional replacement screws from VEVOR the manufacturer (different from the seller, the seller is fine), they have an online chat support based in India which settles billing disputes only, and they have no clue about replacement parts. Very dissatisfied, for the price paid for this, it's not cheap, I expected some minimum level of quality. I won't buy another VEVOR product again.

I liked the look dislike it fell apart after 3-4 uses. I need replacement parts if not I have to toss this expense item.

Broken pieces
We received the item late. It also was broken. Unfortunately we had to keep this item due to needing a pastry case asap. We had to glue the item in 3 spots because it was broken. Very unhappy with the product. If we weren't doing pastries in the store, it would be sent back in a heart beat. The 3 spots that were broken are the tray slots, on one side it broke in 2 spot and on the other side it broke in 1 spot.
