Read below. I believe that this was a complete flute, because I am a business owner myself.

I love this product. I have told many many people about this train and they all love it also. However, I got a used one and unfortunately it was for my sister, baby shower, which was humiliating. I went on the website right away from her house and got her one and wrote out a check. There are even duplicates when it comes down to the letters. It looks like the remote has been chewed up. Still love the product. I stand behind this product but I am very very humiliated. Otherwise I give it a five star. If you’re taken to a baby shower, you may want to open the package first I did not. Because I never had two before when I got a couple one for my main house in Delaware as well as my place up north. I still tell people about this product constantly and they love it. I think this was just a fluke obviously. But still a very humiliating fluke… I guess I’m getting my money back, but you guys should give me a credit for something else also. It was beyond humiliated. I can’t even emphasize it enough. My only sister’s baby shower that I put on for her.

It tips over very easily, I think if it was a little wider it wouldn’t tip over so easily

Great for a 10-month old!

This product is wonderful! My 10-month-old daughter loves it. She will be able to use it more when she can walk and ride on it, but it’s nice that it has so many features that she can play with at her age. Highly recommend!

I love the products from VTECH, I usually get these for my Great Grandchildren to help with learning, this was sent to a Great in AZ for his 1st Birthday.

Good price and delivered very promptly. My 1yr old grandson loved all the do dads, lights, etc., it 2as a fight with his 4 yr old sister as to who played with the “radio”. Great buy for an active tyke. Sturdy enough for two kiddies to sit on.

Great Toy For Young Kids

I absolutely love this train and so does my 19 month old daughter. She loves pressing all the buttons, the blocks have endless amounts of fun between putting them in the train, stacking them, looking at the pictures, or finding out they fit in pockets, the seat is amazing for both just using as a stool for them to sit during play or riding it like shown in the pictures. I don't find the sounds overly annoying either which is nice. Needless to say it was a favorite gift under the Christmas tree this year. Also very easy to assemble for impatient little ones who just want to start playing NOW

My kid just loves it. He loves to walk with it. V-Tech quality is good. Very durable material. Music is quite slow but much better than the large sound of china products. Simply loved it.

Fun, lots of buttons and features

We bought the Frustration Free Packaging one and it came in a VTech brown box. Not the official colourful box but nonetheless, a VTech one. Everything felt new and all was included. Great purchase at a discount. My daughter is enjoying it a lot. For future models, I would also add a type of handle to the seat so that when we detach it from the main locomotive part, the child could maneuver the seat easier. She can still do so now but she actually likes to climb on the train and try to drive that one (when they're separated), since it has handles.

GREAT PRODUCT... with all 13 alphabet blocks, not only 9

Editing my review: (I previously wrote) "My package came ONLY WITH 9 alphabet blocks..." That was incorrect!! The other 4 blocks, were ATTACHED TO THE BOX. (I only saw when I tried to throw the box away) About the product... It's awesome, great cost benefit. Many functions and my infant is having lots of fun :)
