burnt marks on coiled wire.

I haven't installed the towel warmer yet but I noticed the wire has burnt marks. Not sure if I like it now because the wire is white and it will be visible (just look dirty)

Easy to set up and warm towels!

Have had this towel warmer for awhile. Finally decided to do a review. Keeps the towels nice and toasty on chilly days. Was easy to install on wall and I like how I can swing it out into room compared to some that have to be mounted on wall.

Great for tiny bathrooms. Warm and dry but not hot.

I needed a compact towel dryer/warmer for a very small attic bathroom, and this was among the only available. But I'm really liking it so far. It definitely isn't going to give HOT towels, but I just need the chill taken off in the winter. I'm surprised at how warm the metal gets with only 60 watts. There were a couple of signs that this isn't a high end warmer (see photos) such as a place where the chrome must have been extra thin and the plastic wall mounts... But it's pretty great for the price. Something not pictured is the white spiral cord. It's heavy duty and would stretch pretty far. I've got mine on a WeMo timer that is much less expensive to buy separately than with the warmer. Works great to have it on a couple hours before you get up each morning. PRO TIP: put some tape on the side of the mounts where the nuts are -- it'll keep the tiny tiny nuts in the right location when you're juggling holding the rack and mounts during installation. The price on this warmer fluctuates but goes down as far as 122 on occasion.

Durable towel dryer.

I wouldn't exactly say that this could be described as towel warmer, but it sure does good job drying towels. The element gets really hot, you can't touch it with your hands, but because the pipes are so far apart from each other, heat is not distributed throughout the towel to keep it warm at all times. However, because it uses very small amount of energy, I must say this is a good thing to have hanging in your bethroom.

Element towel warmer

Great conversation piece. Took more time deciding where to place this towel warmer in our tiny cabin bathroom than the actual installation. It's HOT just like it should be! Use common sense when using any products that heat up as intended. Automatic shut off and no cheap plastic parts would make the element towel warmer a five star product.

Disappointed

Power cord looks like its burnt or there was something in with the cord packaging that rusts and after cleaning the cord the discoloration is very noticeable and the cord does have an indention almost through the coated wire protective cord. I will have to order a replacement.

Warmer is the key word.

Not sure it's worth the time and electricity to barely make the towel slightly warm in an hour

Great for RV!

We got ours for the small bathroom in our RV. Most times, an RV bathroom gets humid and the towels don't dry by the time you need them for your next shower. Problem solved! It does warm the towels somewhat, but it definitely dries them. It is perfect for drying towels after swimming, too. Highly recommend!

Installed and is working fantastically. My wife loves having the warm towel when getting out of the shower or tub. It does also add a little radiant heat to the bathroom which is very nice. Very easy to install.

Excellant product and build quality is high. Only condummes 60 watts which is sufficient to warm bath size towels. Can be safely left on overnight without any damage to towels. I mounted ine upside down behind entrance door so had sufgicient cord length go reach a receptacle on other side of door. Bought this to warm towels, prevent mould and to give the heat lamp a bit of a boost since we like the bath to be nice and toasty.

Awesome heated towels

Works great- installed this in Jack & Jill bathroom for my kids, so both kids have heated towel in the morning. Did not use plug in as I hard wired It to a timer.

Wall mount pieces are made from plastic and wobble

Bought this my bathroom. Pick this unit because it's narrow as I don't have enough wall space between the shower and the door to fit a wider unit. Pro: - Installation is straight forward and doesn't take long Con: - The power switch swivel with the whole bar. I had to install the towel warmer on the left side and the power switch is not on the back facing the wall and you can turn it on or off without first moving the bar away from the wall. What a stupid design. - The two wall mount brackets are made from cheap plastic. While they can be secured tightly to the wall (make sure you mount them against a stud in your wall), they don't clamp tightly to the bar. The towel warmer wobbles when you swing it. It feels like you can easily rip it off the mounting bracket. It makes it feel cheap.

IT DOESN'T WARM THE TOWEL EXCEPT AT THE TOP. DON'T TOUCH THE BARE BAR BECAUSE IT CAN HURT CORD TOO LONG BUT I GUESS SOME PEOPLE WILL NEED THE LENGTH.
