Very Tough - but not my pups favorite
This toy has withstood the test of time and devoted chewers. I purchased this in January and my pups have given this toy solid abuse for 6 months. While it certainly is tough (it even withstood being run over by the lawn mower, being flung 20 ft and hitting a fence and suffered no marks) this toy is not my dogs favorite. They will chase it and chew it, however go towards other weaker toys when left to their own devices. I highly recommend this toy for any dog owners who have extremely aggressive chewers - like my boys. It has outlasted many other more expensive toys and its great for fetch.

It's Sturdy
I think it's a fine toy ... seems sturdy and is certainly "tough," but my little dog doesn't seem to like it. She's tiny (8 pounds) Shizu mix, and I think it's just too heavy for her to like it much. Not the fault of the toy, I don't think, but maybe better for doggies who are a little bigger.

Extremely sturdy bones
I bought one of these to see if it could withstand our five dogs, all beagle/terrier mixes. I was skeptical because they are very strong chewers and have torn apart toys that claim to be indestructible. The second I gave it to the dogs, they were all fighting over it and playing tug-of-war. I could not find any marks or signs of wear the next day, which is major in our house. We have dogs and puppies of all different sizes, so I ordered another small one and a large one. The large size has bigger notches on the ends and my smaller dogs/puppies actually prefer this one because they can gnaw on it better. All the bones still look brand new after a week of solid abuse, so they get my vote! They are flexible and won't hurt your dog's teeth or neck like some other toys. I love that these are eco friendly, they clean up easily, and they float. The price seemed high at first, but it's worth the money because they will last forever and I won't have to keep buying toys just to throw them away after five minutes. Happy chewing! Other products my dogs have not killed: Planet Dog Orbee-Tuff Diamond Plate Orbee Ball, Orange - rubber bouncy balls that float and hold up to my tough chewers Kong Ultra Black 3 In - my dogs tear pieces off the regular Kong and have yet to put a scratch on these

Not my dog's favorite
My newest dog is a much bigger chewer with a more powerful bite so I was looking for a more durable toy. Unfortunately so far he hasn't been very interested in this toy. I'm going to have to try to work with getting him more interested in this toy.

Puppy loved it but...
It was destroyed in two sittings. Shes just a 20lb lab but I had to take it away before she tore a hunk off the end. Too bad cause she really seemed to like it.

Best toy ever - for my dog
We have a 7 year old yorkiepoo who has destroyed every toy we have ever purchased, except this one. He has had it for 9 days and it still looks brand new. Not so the fire hose toy which was ripped to shreds in 30 minutes. The ruff & tuff ball which was gone in 30 seconds. The all day chew stix. We have spent many a dollar on toys that didn't make it through even an hour. This toy was chewed on continuously in his OCD way the first day. Our little guy even started to whine, I'm sure out of frustration. Now he has something to play with when he's ready to go at it again. I will be buying him another just so it looks like he has more to play with.

The best dog toy!
I have bought so many dog chew toys that when I got this one, I was wondering how many hours it would last. The dogs have had this toy for like a year now! Wow! I never thought that this thing would last a day, let alone a year. They don't play with it everyday, but when they do its like for a couple of hours. This is the best chew toy out there. I also have the bigger one for the big dogs. My dogs are a 70 pound Pit Bull mix, 75 pound Black Lab, and a 20 pound Dachsaund. All three are rough with the toys too. Especially the Lab. She likes to chew on everything. She still working on it. She can not destroy it. Get it.

Too big.
Too big for our small breed dog. She really doesn't like it at all. Not really more to say about it.
