Just Right Light

Not a motion light

Cute little nightlight that gives off plenty of light.

One for every outlet and an outlet for every one.

This nightlight is of a brightness that if every outlet in the bedroom has one there will be no reason to squint as if looking at the Sun because you just woke. I bought these after trying others that were brighter than the old incandescent bulb night lights. This one is more like the vintage ones. The size of the plastic nickel colored band nicely covers the outlet it plugs into; however, the short side is just tall enough to block a 3-prong outlet which requires removing the light. The light does redeem itself in that it will allow inserting a two-prong plug into the adjacent outlet without removing the light. For fun I wrapped a bit of red tape in a spiral on the tall portion for the bathroom. It's where I shave and it reminds me of a barber pole.

Stylish and functional

Shopping for nightlights (yes, I shopped) I was stunned by how expensive some are and how utilitarian-looking the inexpensive ones are. This one is a real find. I love its modern look and it's a reasonable price. Not motion-sensitive but if the room is dark the light comes on and stays on. You can plug it in so the bottom plug in the outlet can still be used. Soft bright light that's perfect for the bathroom in the middle of the night. Highly recommend.
