Easy to install and solid materials

This was really easy to build and install. The directions are not the greatest but they do the job. It took me 30 minutes total from start to finish. The only issue I had was the bracket that holds the light to the electrical box was slight off so I had to use one from another fixture.

Classy rustic - and well-built

The photos really don't do this item justice. This Westinghouse Lighting 6127500 Pendant/Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Fixture with Barnwood Finish and Galvanized Steel Accents manages to pull off looking classy and rustic at the same time. My photos show what's included in the box and then three stages of assembly. Assembly was simple and intuitive. The metal brackets that hold the bottom hoop to the canopy didn't fit the best - it took some effort to get them to cooperate to fit where they were intended to fit. Other than that minor quality-control issue, this would be a 5-star item. Buy with confidence.

Rustic for my old cottage

I am updating my 77 year old house, while keeping a rustic farmhouse look. This light fixture is perfect for that. It came with all the right pieces and I was able to put it together easily, and my husband and I installed it easily. The barn wood look with the galvanized steel looks great on the beam in the ceiling of my spare room. This is a lovely fixture that fits the farmhouse look I am going for, and I might continue to go with this fixture in my kitchen too... would look perfect over my kitchen island too.

Good instructions quality materials

The instructions are very descriptive I could install this on my own and I have no experience with anything electrical. Can’t wait to get our kitchen remodel done enough for our new lights!

An attractive light

My wife wanted to replace the light fixture / fan combo that we have in our dining room and this is the perfect choice for that. It has a unique farmhouse kind of look to it and we are going to use a decorative bulb to compliment the fixture. Happy with this so far.
