Light and comfortable lacking durability.

These are okay as scrubs. I am used to a more durable flex brand and so the light fabric I was initially really leery of. I would say these are definitely not my first choice but they're okay. I think they would be better for an office environment than working an acute care floor. The cons: They run long. I'm 5'6 and it grosses me out to have the heels drag on the hospital floors, even in the higher soled Dansko Professional shoes. I also don't like that the cargo pocket has a mesh inner pocket. It really isn't that useful and catches everything that I'm trying to put in the pocket. These are not a great pant in general for pocket people. They are so lightweight that anything more than a couple of pens and sheets of paper will drag them down and they don't have belt loops to keep them up. That said, the elastic waist keeps them from gaping and sagging too badly and they ride high enough to save you from flashing a "whale tail", just saying. The pros: They are a nice lightweight pant and wash well. I've had a few seam strings that I seem to repeatedly need to trim but nothing that comes undone. I like that they have nice flexibility and while I'm not a big fan of the fact they don't have belt loops, the elastic does a fair job with lighter pocket loads. They really do fit nicely, not overly baggy or uncomfortably restrictive. I'm a 16-18 misses waist and the XL fit just fine. Hope that helps. All in all an okay pant but probably better suited to light duty. I have my doubts that these will hold up for the long run like my other brand of pants does.

Nice colors and fabrics, Runs a little small

I normally wear the cotton stretch line by Wonder Wink. I wear a small and they fit perfectly. I saw a coworker wearing this new fabric and I live in a very hot climate with lots of humidity, so I decided to try it. I like the fabric a lot. It wicks perspiration, hangs nicely, launders amazingly(no wrinkles) and looks great. But this line seems to run a little smaller than their other lines. The small still fits me, but I would prefer a tiny bit looser. Just my two cents. If the other lines are a little small on you then you might want to size up. Just runs a tiny bit smaller. My only complaint about the pants is I don't love the full elastic waist. I would prefer this cut to have only elastic in the back and a tie in the front.

they are great

the color is an odd navy blue that doesn't match any blue uniform jacket that I own. Other than that, it fits me well and is made of good material.

The best scrub pants I've found.

I've ordered wonder wink scrubs before but these are the first that I've ordered in the four way stretch fabric. These are so comfortable, a good length for me (but might be a little short on someone with really long legs) The cargo pockets have a stretch pouch inside just the right size for my phone, there's even a tiny pocket inside the waistband for a locker key. Lots of pockets, which is really great, the elastic waistband is great too, no more scrubs constantly re-tying the cord. They wash well too, and seem to be color fast in the wash. The fabric is synthetic but is comfortable in hot weather, (I live in Southern California). Altogether good value for money.

The scrub pants are as wonderfull as the matching tops. The best of the reviews about the Wonderwink Scrubs (Four Way Stretch) were all absolutely right on the mark!! I think they are probably the most comfortable scrubs I have ever had. The material is great and the fit is perfect. Not completely trusting of the remarks about how well the sizing works with these I did order the size above and below what I normally would order. That was a total waste of effort, the size I wanted was the size I received.

Fit a bit small...

I liked the color of the pants, but they were too small and had a hole in them so I had to return them. If I had to re-order them I would order a larger size.
