Great little washer
I chose this washer because I liked all the features. 1800psi is enough for light jobs around the house, I like the liquid tank mounted on the unit for cleaner, everything that comes with it is stored in or on the unit it’s self. I have several other Worxs products and I’m also pleased with them.

Broken
Order on May 18th. Used maybe 10 times, now no longer works. As a mobile detailer, I take care of all my tools. Would not recommend.

Wow, this pressure washer really works, my husband used it on our old gray wood deck from 2004 & now 2022 looks New!! Worked on 2 patio stones/pavers came out like new! Will be doing more patio stones & sidewalks Worth the money, easy to use !!

Buy this. Awesome power, well built, compact
Update: I’ve had this for a year and it developed a leak in handle. Called their customer service and provided Amazon order number and unit serial number and they are sending a replacement gun/handle at no charge. Amazing customer service. This washer is not only powerful it’s really compact. I’ve already got a few hours on it and the power it put out is consistent and while I can’t measure it I’m sure it’s running at it’s advertised output. Honestly more power would be too much for the jobs I need it for, cars, deck, driveway. So far I’ve used it on my fiancés car and cleaned my driveway. Zero complaints and did I mention it’s really compact. :-)

the pressure washer is a gem but
I've only had it 3 month and the wand started leaking from the trigger. Floods your shoes. Can't find a replacement wand. Very frustrating. Its very strong and maneuverable but leaks

Perfect for around the house projects . be aware this is not a commercial pressure washer . great for back yard an household projects , washing the car etc. does everything as advertised in the listing .. I have not had one issue an I use it regularly .. you need something with commercial capabilities this is not for you . perfect for everything in-between .. buy it ....

Compact and Powerful
Pretty cool little pressure washer, was surprised what a compact package it comes in yet how powerful it is. I have a heavy duty pressure washer but its simply too big and a pain to use for small jobs like washing the car and other oddjobs so was looking for something small but that could still get the job done. So far I've been really happy with this, it really is tiny but does a great job. I've washed my car twice with it and its really nice being able to whip this out quickly and easily. It also has a reservoir for soap, I haven't used it yet but will give it a try. If you are looking for something easy to use, compact and light I'd definitely recommend!

Great Little Pressure Washer!
This thing is awesome for pretty much any small job. I mainly use it for washing my car but tons of applications. Definitely wouldn't be a substitute for a gas powered one for larger jobs... or at least it will take you about 5 times as long lol but great value for the price and nice to have for when you don't want to wheel out and start a big gas powered one. Super easy to set up and move around. The only thing I would say is it does leak some water out of the hose connection point when you aren't using the pressure washer and water is flowing from the hose. But other than that this thing is a champ!

Not supplied for UK power sockets only fitted with 2 Flat Pin USA type plug
Cannot use use in the UK as not compatible for mains sockets of 3 pin design standard in the UK. Therefore cannot use or test and no advice offered as to plug adaption the original equipment has a fitted tester integral to the USA plug and would not suggest a wise idea to remove to a standard UK fitting.

This one is made out of cheese. And it stinks.
Beforehand, I must mention that this pressure washer has a big design flaw which can lead easily (as it happened to me) to a permanent damage. The pump's output (where the pressure hose is connected) is to close to the base and the the hose sleeve will eventually (when you'll connect or disconnect it) rub against the base therefore you could (unwillingly) cross-thread pump's end (or hose's or both). So here's my story. I bought this machine duped by the general good reviews but in quite short time I found that I was terrible wrong in my decision. A little bit over a month after I've received the pressure washer and started using it, to my surprise the pressure hose thread got stripped at the pump end connection. The weird thing is that the cross threading happened when I tried to DISCONNECT the hose (at the end of a car wash). And when I've connected the hose, everything seemed to be fine. The hose's thread went easily all the way (as it should) but when I was about to disconnect it, on the last two or three threads I had to use maximum force, apparently for no reason. And when finally, I was able to take to hose off, the damage was there. Now, to add insult to injury, I could see that there is no way to contact WORX Customer Service (I live in Western Canada) since they are available just Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time and all this period falls right into my working hours (of course that I'm not allowed to use the phone or internet for personal reasons for more that ten minutes at the time) and there is no email address where you could forward your inquiries which regard a warranty claim. So since I cannot return this one back to Amazon or get customer support from the manufacturer, this water pressure will end-up to the garbage. The irony is that one of my friends advised me to go with a well established manufacturer (like SunJoe) but I just wanted to give a chance to this new entrant (as you can see, their product is not the least expensive by far) and it the end, I spent more than 200 CAD for three car washes. You do the math...
