Most used spatula in my kitchen
Years ago, I bought one of these and I still use it today. It is the most used spatula in my kitchen. I love using it for sautéing. The flat tip is sturdy enough that you can scrape on the pan to get those brown bits up or deglaze a pan. It was starting to get old looking and I worried that it would soon break so I set out to find another and here it is! So happy to have a new one. Get it, you'll love it.

A go-to utensil.
It it sturdy enough to scrape dough from a mixing bowl and sharp enough to flip an over easy egg. Perfect for stir fry in the wok. It pretty much does 95% of what you would ever need a spatula for. Keep the flat wide spatula for really wide things like pancakes. But this thing is great for basically everything else.

I'm ordering another one
I bought this to stir and turn food while cooking and it works perfectly for that purpose. It's a little smaller than I expected but the size does not affect its use. In fact, I find a can use it to flip food in my air fryer when other utensils are too big. It's not sturdy enough to pick up the heavier portions, but works in conjunction with tongs when necessary. Bottom line, It suits my original purpose and then some. I bought this one at my Florida residence and I'm ordering another for my New York home.

Bought this to replace my old green Zyliss Turner that melted. Not quite the same solid feel as the old one.

Works great for some things
This spatula is great for flipping fried eggs. It so easily gets under the yolk in order to make a clean flip. I also like to use it when I am sauteing all sorts of things. It's very flexible. I tried it on chocolate chip cookies the other day, didn't work as well. But I do like it a lot. So much so I ordered one for my son who is just now learning how to cook.

Not the same as my old one
I used to own a Zyliss Stir Fry Spatula (orange one), which I had purchased over 11 years ago. Sadly I had given it away when I recently moved, thinking I would no longer need it. Well, I do still need something like that except the new one is not nearly as sturdy as the old one. The new one is just way too flexible, making it nearly impossible to break up pieces of meat or other food while cooking. Very disappointed!
