Great company!
I loved their Shiatsu Massage Cushion so I was glad to see that they offered the foot massager. I absolutely love this thing! I thought the heating element wasn't working the day I received it, so I contacted the company directly and they immediately sent me a replacement. They are a great, legit company and I will continue to buy their products. Side note: Amazon sucks. They literally slapped a shipping tag on the product box. No sealing/ taping or proper shipping at all. Not Zyllion's fault.

Rollers are a bit agressive
I bought this for my adult son who suffers from foot pain. Overall the design is great and the massage options are nice. My only criticism is that the metal rollers that roll back and forth under your foot, actually hurt. If they’d put a thin piece of memory foam between the rollers and lining it would’ve helped. My son and I both used it and had foot pain (bottom of feet) afterwards because of the metal rollers. My son decided to try it with thick socks on and he said it helped a little. Metal rollers against bone: not good.

When Zyllion says deep tissue massage....it's deep tissue massage!
I had purchased a foot massager before this one and it was just not strong, although it felt nice it wasn't doing anything for my plantar fasciitis. so, it was returned...... Then, I bought the Zyllion Foot Massager! I will spare you the details of the buttons, I just want to focus on the massage as I feel this is what most reviews lack. I have size 11 feet so slipping my feet into the holes were awkward as the holes are a bit small, BUT, the interior is wide so don't worry about that. The massage on the 1st setting pretty intense. Let me explain. there are roller balls that turn and massage the heel and arch mainly, there is a rolling cylinder toward the front to get your phalanges. Then there are the airbags, the first one covers the top of your feet and when it expands it is like one of those blood pressure devices, squeezing around your Metatarsals. The squeezing along with the rollers balls gives a very unique squeeze play on your feet, releasing tension. It's not for the faint at heart, I have gone up to the 2nd level but have NOT used the 3rd level. I could not imagine what that would do! lol. The last part is the ankle airbag, this one grips the Achilles tendon with such a pinch then when it releases, the tension just melts away. It also is used with the roller balls on the heel, basically locking your heel down so that the roller ball would dig into the bottoms of your heel. To be honest, I was almost in tears as the pain of the plantar fasciitis met the Zyllion death grip. But then, after the massage, I could not believe but although tender, my pain had subsided. You can also do just the airbag massage without rollers balls, or roller balls without airbags. SO take it from me, if you are a tough person and have tough plantar fasciitis, this is the machine for you! One other thing is the heat is not really hot, just a bit warm. Deep Tissue Muscle Relief is its main function. Good luck!

Broke but customer service was excellent.
We originally bought the Miko Shiatsu Foot Massager, but didn't like the internal rollers. They always managed to hit bones instead of ligaments and muscles. Very painful. I almost dislocated a toe! The Zyllion, by comparison, gives a much better massage. It has similar power, but without grinding on bones or dislocating toes! The only downside is that the heel clamp (that squeezes/unsqueezes your heels), can be a bit uncomfortable. It would've been REALLY nice if that was customizable or able to be turned off. Update: 7/20/2019: The air bags have suddenly started tearing loose. One of the bags has already popped. What good is it, if it's not even going to last a few months? Update 2: Zyllion sent me a replacement for free, with a free return shipping label. I've updated the review from 1 star to 3. The replacement unit works, but has a slight rattling then it inflates. Not a big deal, but worth noting. I'll update the review, and give it another star if it manages to last a year. Update 3: Literally 30 seconds after I posted "Update 2" above, the replacement unit's left airbag popped! This is a joke. Back to 1 star! Update 4: To Zyllion's credit, they stood by their products and have offered me another replacement or a full refund. Wow... not many company's will stand by their products like these guys. Back up to 3 stars, just for their excellent customer service. My suspicion about what went wrong is that I have a size 11 foot. Perhaps setting it to the maximum intensity level puts too much presser on the air bags. Just a guess.

Closest thing to a pedi massage at home
I have had flat feet and no arches my entire life. On top of that, I had bunions so, in the past 6 months, I had bunionectomy surgery on both of my feet (March 2020 and May 2020). Once my incisions were completed healed, I went to get a pedicure which was heaven to my feet due to scar tissue from my surgeries. At home, I had a wooden grooved foot roller that helped some but I felt I needed more so I looked on Amazon for a foot massager and came across this make/model. I always read customer reviews to get a holistic take on a product. It was a bit pricier than I was expecting but it's been well worth it because it provides all around massage - top, bottom, and sides. I typically like deep tissue massages but have stayed on level 1 because the next level was a bit more intense. Once my feet heal more, I plan to try level 2 again. I use it about 3x/day because I want to work my scar tissue. Size-wise it's a bit big but it kind of has to be to do what it does.
