Easy to install but the door latch is too tight

It's easy to install and looks good painted but the door latch is too tight. It's nearly impossible to open with a fingernail and using a tool does work but then you risk the tool messing up the paint. If you are looking for something childproof, the tight door latch is great but if that is not what you want then it needs to be modified. This is what I did but using sand paper to file down the bumps that keep it so tight.

Small, clean, works as described.

Used this in my ceiling for a water valve. Perfect size, attaching to ceiling wasnt too easy, needed a ton of glue as i didnt want screws showing. Better installed in walls.

This worked perfectly.

This door worked perfectly for what we needed. We had to cut a hole in the bathroom wall to reach the plumbing and decided that we would not seal it up but put an access door there. Sits flush to the wall and worked great.

Perfect for drop ceiling access

Installed in a drop ceiling panel under a water shutoff. Cut to a snug fit, held with construction adhesive (used a little painters tape to hold until the adhesive dried). The door opens by hand, but probably best to bring a flat tipped screwdriver when you need access.
