makes more things usable with handle

The pictured item has been changed to a newer model shown here: [...] It serves the same function but is more rugged than the older model with the aluminum piece. The new one is that molded material which is pretty rugged and will never rust or corrode as the aluminum might. I use it to use the Shurhold handle for other things such as inexpensive brushes from home depot or lowes instead of a marine store so ultimately it will save you money.

It's plastic, it's inexpensive, is what it is

It does what it's supposed to do. I have had a few of these over the past ten years of owning charter boats. Just don't throw it around and use it for what it's intended use is and it'll last a year or so. The last one I had was well over a year old when it finally broke, as was the rest.. Don't throw it..don't toss it off the boat onto the concrete, etc.. 5 stars.

Must have for a wash brush

This is my second one. Be careful they break pretty easy. I leaned the last one against my motorhome with the pole and brush attached, it fell over and broke the adapter. They need to use a softer material so it does not break so easy. It is a hard plastic and has very little impact resistance.

This is an excellent addition to my Shurhold system for a specific attachment I have not made by Shurhold that allows me to use it on my Shurhold telescoping pole.
