Good protection, not thrilled with an undeclared open box situation though
This is my RV's second ADCO cover and I wouldn't have bought another if they didn't perform decently well (especially if properly installed). My real concern now is that, even though I purchased from the ADCO store on Amazon, I received a previously opened RV cover - it was folded inside-out (which I knew was different from making the prior purchase), had NO instructions at all and the carrying case wasn't present. Ordinarily I'd call and request a replacement of the missing items before proceeding to install it, but I was going out of state for a few months and was very pressed for time. Not returning it is my endorsement of the product - other than the zipper being otherworldly-difficult to use, I felt I got my money's worth out of the first one. It protected my RV quite well for four years, even with a few tears from the winter wind in Oregon. Rather, this review is a request to ADCO to please actually inspect items that are returned if you plan to resell them. I wouldn't have minded in the least if they'd have made sure instructions were included and maybe offered a discount for the extra work involved (atop the RV no less) in figuring out what goes where, and not having a storage bag is going to be awful later. For nearly $450, I expected better from the company but I do believe the product will outlast my ire.

Worth every penny.
The last cover lasted almost 8 years so I bought the same model. This one is lighter and seems to have better. You do need to tighten it up here and there after a windy day but it definitely holds up really well and stays on pretty tight. They have less under straps which is good and they added top straps that you can tighten up around corners but you do need a ladder to get up and do that. I highly recommend this cover . My RV is a 2010 and It still looks brand new thanks to the cover. You will regret it if you don't cover your RV.

Adco RV Cover Warranty Service
I purchased this cover in late November, installed it twice on rv from December through April. I started noticing small stretch marks and holes in fabric portion of cover. We hand some March rains and wind although not extreme weather. By late February early March the fabric portion of cover began to deteriorate rapidly resulting in rather large hole. I followed instructions to the letter on installation being careful no to over tighten cover etc. I contacted ADCO to resolve quality issues and within minutes of sending copies of purchases receipt and photos of cover , they are sending a replacement free of charge, Although I'm disappointed that the cover was soo fragile and I am hopeful that replacement will fare better I was very impressed with their customer service and quick response. They also offered to upgrade to their best cover available and apply full purchase price of original cover, Will let all know if replacement weathers any better. Overall great company to work with. Mistake in sewing ripped a hole when pulled.
Seemed nice as I unrolled and pulled down over the RV. And I had an Adco on a previously owned trailer which held up well for a season before selling. But as I pulled the front right side down I heard “rrrip”! Searched and found a piece/strip of material wrongly sewed at a seam and onto the actual side piece. As the cover was pulled to length this piece pulled a hole in the cover. Very strange. Now I need to see what adco or Amazon will do. I guess return straight to Amazon since the order still prompts me for a return. I’d like to try ADCO again considering enough negative reviews. These covers really can’t get too much different between brands. All similar material

Doesn't Last Long, Warranty Won't Help
Take a look around an RV storage lot, and you'll see a lot of ADCO covers. Unless the cover is brand new, you'll also see that all of the covers have small tears or large holes. It's inevitable and unavoidable. After a winter in Colorado, the wind tore my Class A cover in a few places, so I contacted the company for a warranty replacement. They asked for photos and a receipt, which I provided. They thanked me for sending them, and then I never heard from them again. I emailed three more times over the next few months, asking what the next steps would be, and I still have never heard from them about a replacement. So, the warranty isn't worth anything. I'll never buy another ADCO product. It has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend their covers.

Great cover for the price.
Takes 2 people to install. Overall, happy with the cover. Will see how it survives Ohio's winters.
