Works well when it stays on my push mower, but I haven't yet found a way to keep it from easily coming off. If you're moving straight forward it's usually no issue, the grass is flying and the basket is catching it. Unfortunately whenever I turn or hit a bump, the basket comes off easily. Basically it just sits on the two hooks of the push mower. If only there was some way to keep it from bouncing out so that I don't have to bend over so frequently to fix it before continuing my mow. I find myself after halfway doing the lawn getting tired of fixing it and then just leaving it behind me as I just keep going to keep the flow going. Would love if other people would put in their reviews if they had tips or any way they found too keep theirs from doing this.

Terrible instructions, ok product

I used another reel mower/bag combo for a decade before the mower began to fall apart and then got a mower (which this bag should fit from the same company) free from someone who posted a barely-used one free on a neighborhood app. Technically, the bag fits the mower, and although the frame occasionally slips off the hooks while mowing, it does the job well enough. I have only had it one year and can't address durability yet, as my last one got 10+ years. I'm fairly handy, but the directions to assemble and attach were atrocious. There is a guy on that popular vdeo-sharing site that begins with a Y who has a GREAT video talking you through a slightly different process to assemble it with the correct end results.

Decent

Assembly was easy and it's very lightweight. Mine has to attach to two inverted hooks on the bottom of my mower as it's too wide to be anchored at the bottom via a rail. Unfortunately this method is not that secure on the right-hand side and the catcher pops loose. Also, the long rod that keeps the basket taught and expanded is a bit too long so the portion it hooks too, drags on the ground. I can't see the bottom of the basket lasting very long because of that and also, going backwards (to maybe run over one spot again) causes that protruded part to make the basket pop off. A bit disappointed in this product although it saves me raking grass later which is why I purchased it. Feel the cost doesn't quite match my experience with it,

Unsure. Haven't used.

Unfortunately, our mower is not made for it so it only holds on with the top hook (we have the Scott's basic push mower and an older version so maybe that is why). There's a strip on the bottom of the bag that is supposed to go into the back ledge(?) of the mower or it is supposed to hook onto two hooks that are on the newer models. Ours doesn't have either. We are going to have to Jimmy-rig it to get it to stay on securely. It does seem to be built well though, so after we figure out a solution, it should work great. Just trying to find suitable clips now.

It doesn't catch grass very well, and it falls apart after a few uses

It's like this product was designed by an engineer who understood the theory of how these things function, without every actually testing it. It technically fits (though it's a dumb way of attaching it to the mower). But it doesn't really do its job. Grass either gets thrown over the side of the bag or it bunches up at the reel and blocks more grass from going in. I constantly have to reach down and shove the grass to the back to make space for more. Also, the bag is made of cheap materials. It's flimsy and the part at the bottom where the back metal brace attaches broke off after only a few uses. So now the bag doesn't stay propped open. It's almost more trouble to use this bag than just raking up the grass from the ground. I've used a reel mower with a grass-catcher bag that actually works, so I know it's possible. Save your money and don't buy this. Also, since it's the only bag available for this mower, don't buy the mower if you're planning on using it with a bag. I love the mower. It's a good product and does a great job. But it doesn't have a bag that works.
