Great for Salmon Tartare

Heavy, professional feeling and looking, cleans up well. Used for making salmon tartare and worked great, perfect size and shape and I'll probably use for many other applications.

This is a nice product. It's heavy gauge stainless steel and it's seamless. The edges are smooth, with no burrs. It arrived in good condition and perfectly round. A wrap with a hot towel for a couple minutes released my cheesecake easily and cleanly.

Put them in the ground today and they work terrific.

I actually bought these with a different purpose in mind...my flower beds. My plants are in a rock garden and I wanted a ring to stop the rocks from invading and damaging the plants. Do you think I could find a plant ring on line? Not a chance, so I started looked at cake pans with removable outer rings and came across these little gems. Put them in the ground today and they work terrific.
